When I started Turo, delivery was the only way I survived. Turo was just not known that well in my local area. Only this year have I seen a sudden boost in local bookings. Seems like Turo has started marking more locally ñ

I have been doing Turo for since late 2021. All new cars with deliveries. With the car market change, I plan to buy some used cars, offer them on Turo without delivery. The guests booked my big SUVs with third row seat always demand deliveries.

Hey Audrey thanks for your honesty. I'm involved with your competitive platform in another country, translation Oz. It's very interesting to see what is happening with Turo in the States. Particularly what strategies and tactics you are using to make your business most effective. Finding the sweet spot intersection between the cars you offer and the customers that are available seems to be a key to success. I am yet to know when to take my losses on the chin cut and run and replace a car that is just not renting out. I also know that I am too emotionally attached my cars. I love them and kind of listed why everyone else doesn't as well. cheers.

I have 4 cars and working with turo for more then a year, I’ve got that point about delivery during the first week and couple of booking for 60+ usd for nothing 😅

I've noticed by allowing delivery, the people from out of town take better care of the car and keep it cleaner than locals. Maybe that's just my market 🤔

I've always used deliver and multiple pick up locations to attract more booking. most people don't want to pay for the delivery so essentially it simply attracts more eyes to my listings
