That depends and is something you would have to consult with your insurance company. Turo only covers your car while it is being rented out. When the car is not rented, you would need to have your own policy to cover you. We have ABI which covers us when the car is not rented.

how will it work for the key less entry cars which you can unlock when it detects the key close by?
There is a faraday pouch that is sold online that will block the RFID signal from the key.

Don't forget to put your keys in RF blocking bag before you put it in that lock box.
This one doesn’t need the pouch since it’s not a keyless entry.
