How many times can charge the laptop with the power bank
It's annoying that Dell specifies the capacity at 18000 mAh (milliampere-hours) while they specify the capacity of their laptops in watt-hours. This makes it difficult to compare the capacity of this battery to that of a laptop's battery.
mAh is not an energy capacity, it needs to be multiplied with a voltage to find that. In this case, you need to multiply with the internal 3.6 volt of the battery. 18000 mAh * 3.6 volt = about 65000 milliwatt-hour = 65 watt-hour. Also note that some of that energy will be lost while transferring it to the laptop due to inefficiencies.
And finally, be sure to enable power saving mode if using the laptop while connecting it to this external battery. Otherwise the laptop will behave as if it is connected to wall outlet, meaning it will be more power-hungry, and you will not see the expected battery life extension.

So you need the DELL cable to be able to charge your laptop, and you can only charge the power bank with a DELL cable. It is not allowing to charge the laptop with other power bank OR you cannot charge the power bank via USB, for example with a solar charger or power from another bank. Is that right?
Yes, my cable just broke one month out of warranty, Dell wont replace the cable, so its a paperweight now.

@@worldshell2313 I dont know the laptop, but 30 watt is probably not enough to charge, not even slowly. You will probably need at least the same wattage as your standard charger. Probably 45 watt or even 65 watt USB-C with power delivery (PD) 3.0.
@@worldshell2313 But USB-C is an open protocol so you can probably charge with all adapters as long it has power delivery. I use an Xtorm powerbank and an Anker and Aukey USB-c charger
@@koningslakkie2498 it is very small laptop, the original adapter is only 30watt, in the BIOS setting there is option to enable DELL Express Charge or standart charge, i've tried standart charge still not responding to xiaomi type-c charger that's why i curious whether it uses some kind dell special protocol. If you remove your phone battery and try to use charger or powerbank it won't work. same applies to laptop as well. Charger or powerbank will have to go to the circuit first and then it will pass it to the battery. If there is no battery in the device then, it won't work.

But in case laptop is what you are looking for light games than Full HD screen go for Acer Aspire V3 V3-574G-54VY and If you are okay with HD resolution than go for Asus K555LD. Both the the laptops comes with Dedicated Nvidia Graphics card. Hope this help you.

@Rohan Ranade for a 4 Cell battery in Inspiron it will charge it full if you are not using the laptop.
And while using the laptop it will charge it to approx 70-75%.

Dell laptops comes with different wattage. You did not mention the wattage which is very basic information you should have said. You video was short, i did not waste much time for finding wattage

I bought this, never used it. And now I can't get it to charge. :S
Don't buy this one. Buy an USB-C PD (power delivery spec) powerbank. Dell won't replace the proprietary connector. Mine broke just after two years out of warranty. Its now a 120 euro paperweight
