- I am on a quest for the Best Shift Possible! So far, I've done a few mods to improve the shifting experience for the Acura TL. In this video, I review and give my thoughts on the Hybrid Racing Shifter Cable Bushings.

Good review 🔥 picked up Acuity shifter cable bushings and K-tuned cmc kit for my 06 TL excited to install soon
The bushings doesn't snug down the cable. The amount of play will affect the shifter cable when going in and out of gear.
Haha I literally did this today! I have the same feelings as you - tightens up the shift as you go through the gate into the gear itself
Awesome man. If i were to do it again, i wouldn't go with the Hybrid Racing. Cheap ones should have same results
Bro I bought the k tuner bushing and I install it and it doesn’t go into first and second

Hey which one did you get for your tl I bought mine w the part number HYB-SCB-01-07 and I can’t get the larger bushing down where it’s supposed to go on the trans any suggestions?
Don't know any good tips and tricks to give, sorry bro. The bigger bushing did give me more trouble than the smaller one, so its not just you
Did you need to grese the bushings!
I didn't add grease, but I don't see why you can't
@@thecarfiend11 i put these in now its really hard to get into 3rd gear. Does your shifter return to center when in nuetral?
@@thecarfiend11 does your bigger bushing sit flat? Mine has some room to move up and down and is tilted at an angle
my 3rd gear was fine after install. Neutral returns to center
mines sits flat. its a Spherical Bearing. It will naturally self-align
