Reverse threads on the left side are to keep lugnuts from spinning off if they get loose, due to the rotation of the wheel reverse threaded nuts will stay on better. This was common in the early Jeeps.
I'd guess someone pulled both hubs at one point for maintenance and stuck them on the wrong sides during reassembly. Either way you can simply swap the front hubs side to side and be GTG and back to OEM design.

Like the old Chrysler's reverse thread on the left side of the vehicle. Someone switched the front drums.

patriot tires by diesel sellerz/diesel brothers in utah usa sell a few sizes of their own brand of patriot tires that you can buy cuz they couldn't get any military replacements that had highway speed capable performance made for weird sizes of rims that also retained heavier truck weight requirements so they made ther own line of them

the rear end was taken out and flipped to give the drive shaft higher clearance and less of an angle
