Hey im a junior in high school and i was thinking if you could give me advice in running my 5k pr is 16:35, 1600 pr is 4:48, 800 pr is 2:05 and i don't think this times will take me far
I really want to get faster prs but i feel like im not getting any faster. I have been running the whole summer with my cross country team and still running but i havent seen any result in my past races the fastest 5k i ran was a 17:34

Things arnt as nice here but we have very fast runners for Girls and Boys but the girls usually get pregnant befor the get know as runners😅
