When my friend trained me to run half marathons and then fulls she would tell me I could do anything for x more minutes!! For med school exams and practicals I️ rock out to my favorite song before!
I’ve been injured this XC season (only was able to run the first couples meets) and really had a chance at a great season I’m a senior in HS and it really got to me that this was my last year to impress college coaches and I wasn’t able to completely I’ve gotten better and started running again but motivation wasn’t really there but I love your videos and they’re motivating me so much so that today I went out and did a long run for the first time in months Keep it up girl!:)

She trades on her pudgy baby face, but you've got the energy and the playful attitude. Maybe you should become a sports announcer or host of a sports show. I think you'd be great.

I was shocked to hear that and figured guys would be lining up at your doors asking to take you girls out on a date… I know that I sure as hell would of been if I was was still going there in 2017…All you girls are not only beautiful with amazing runner bodies but you girls are also super sweet and seem to be really fun to hang out with…I would be lucky as hell to be anyone of you girls’ prom dates… But if I had to choose, I think I would of asked Lilli first cause I love her cute personality and accent… Plus she runs likes a gazelle
