i guess im asking randomly but does any of you know a method to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow lost the account password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me!
@Briggs Lawson Thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm in the hacking process now. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I am the first to sadly admit that I never paid much attention to women CC or Track teams when in high school and when I was going to Oregon…Now I sure wish I did because I have a complete new respect for distance runners…You girls are true athletes and your work ethic is second to none… Plus all of you girls have the most amazing bodies!! That Lilli Burdon especially…She not only has the most cutest personality and accent but she is a straight up bombshell… That girl is going places for sure…
Here are some cross country tips: 1: Run Conservatively, meaning like, don't EVER be one of those people who SPRINT in the beginning, there Lactate will build up quickly, (Lactate is pain), kinda jog but a little faster in the beginning, so you can wipe out the people who sprinted in the beginning by the end. 2: Week prior to your race, eat fruits, vegetables, Chicken, Almonds, Lot's of Healthy choices, I also recommend water and Gatorade for electrolytes. (Gatorade is a good liquid to consume on the way to the meet, lets say on the way there) 3: Stick to the same meals the day before your race, since your body is use to the foods and liquids your consuming, your body knows how to conserve the energy. 4: Do muscle building workouts, muscle will help you get faster, though there could be cons to building muscle, but this is optional. 5: Have fun! Don't tell yourself you can't do it, because you can, you need to train your mind to tell you that you CAN do it! Your body is more than capable to do it, your mind is whats not capable, so tell yourself you can do ANYTHING, cause you can!
what kind of running shoes, to use during practice, do you suggest using? for me i find ones with more cushion are too heavy. Ive been using the nike frees but idk if they give me enough support.
I can't hear the two word answer that was given at 3:25 as the key to getting through a hard workout. The Australian's voice sounds similar to Kristin Chenoweth (with an accent).
Emma, I'm an 8th grade girl looking to pursue D1 running, my 1 mile pr is 5:12 and my 2 mile is 11:04, do you have any tips on how I can keep getting faster?
Wow those are awesome PR's! Just keep being consistent, and don't put so much pressure on yourself. You are so young, and enjoying your HS running experience is going to be key to running in college.
Just happened to notice the men in the workout. Reed is the ultimate champion G.O.A.T. Super mega man! If that makes any sense 🤔. Maybe y'all should call him that...
Emma Abrahamson I tried orthotics, but had a bad experience with a partially expensive hard plastic kind. I pronate, but have never long term been able to run in any orthotics because they have caused more issues than I already had. Are there any good orthotics brands?
Taking time off completely from exercising and wearing a planter fasciitis night sock like this one really helped too! www.shoes.com/powerstep-ultrastretch-night-sock/719715/1483760?cm_mmc=googleproductads_pla-_-none-_-none-_-none
Anyone else binge watching Emma's videos?? She's the absolute best 🙌

Wasn't Judy in a workout Wednesday on milesplit, and she was going to Harvard?
Yes, she is a transfer from Harvard this year.

When you said bricks are the Pegasus heavy? Also what's the name of your "angel wings" shoes lol
They aren't heavy themselves really, but I have orthotics that are pretty heavy. I work out in the LunarTempo's.
Thanks, trying to find some light weight shoes
