@@AverageJak I can’t speak to your experiences, and I’ve only done two bodybuilding shows (including the one I’m competing at in four weeks) so I can’t speak from a overflowing fountain of knowledge on the topic, but that look on his face is the same look I’ve seen in my eyes for the last two months, and it’s taken a lot to stay engaged with the rest of the world when all I can think about is food diet and how I look.
@@AverageJak try eating next to knowing at his size an one would be zoned out. Not a chance you could do a whole food shop and zip about yourself in his condition.
