I actually prefer the videos where you senior guys actually get Sam to try different stuff and try to teach him. You just gotta keep letting him ultimately do his own thing and for the love of god get rid of the obnoxious beats. It's important to invest in good editing but it gotta actually be good.@@FouadAbiad

It is good that Sam promotes just a burnout on your targeted area. It doesn't have to be an hour of straight shoulders. But pumping throught your side workouts is the trick. Just don't over exert yourself.

Rear delts I love resting my head on a incline bench set so my torso is level with the floor this way I don’t have the balance, and I get great activation in my rear delts and amazing results!!! GOALKILLER mindset 👑
