This stuff may work for A man that had his mama "mother" him. Ideally alot of BLACK or Hispanic man DONT like to cuddle. They call women like this that u describe as "CLINGY " and they HATE it. They actually cheat on women that do these things. These men would call her desperate for attention and to CLINGY and they will rip a woman to pieces and break her heart. I do all these things and always have, but if it’s not the right guy, if he is unhealed and is toxic in how he approaches a relationship, it’s not going to be appreciated and you will be taken for granted.
This is what I hear “you’re too good to be true” “you’re out of my league” “I don’t deserve you”….so they run out of fear b/c ultimately they feel like it’s safer to leave first than to be left. They fear rejection due to self-worth issues and insecurities.
What happens is they only realize what they had when they lose it and it’s gone. When a woman who exhibits these traits is gone and they try to move on with other people, they start to realize what they truly had with this special woman was unique bc no one else is able to give them the kind of love and care they had when they were with this special woman. Then they try to come back, but most of the time it’s too late. I’ve had countless men try to return again and again, trying for many years, but I was done and it was too late.
Moral: appreciate a good woman who has these traits and show her how much you love her every day. Don’t ever let her go, bc a woman like this is not desperate. She knows her worth, knows what she deserves, and she is not afraid to walk away if she is being treated poorly, if someone is playing games with her, and is choosing others over her.

Number 12 is tricky because I can´t take care more than fibromyalgia allows me to do. Sometimes I like to be totally painless and then I drink some alcohol. = Mental health for me and my friends.
Have fibro exhaustion. But no alcohol for me.

This is great. As you spoke, o reflected and realize that I am in a good relationship. I'm divorced as he is. We've been together for 11months . Both divorced 8 years. And ❤️ I don't know if we want to get married. I am successful and so is he. I'm good with being at his house and vise versa. We're apart 2 nights out of 7. Kinda funny but it works. No rush. Will see...lol. we are exclusively in a committed relationship. Talk all the time. Every day. See each other 5 days in and out of the weekdays.and weekends. He rest at his house and I let my hair down at mine. It's a good thing. I'm in no rush. We're both 60. Above average incomes.

I usually refrain from that bc i don’t like it…but what you said about hitting the „reset“ button I noticed really bothered me, bc my ex would keep asking me that. He had a severe lack of self-reflection though, you may call it narcissistic. He wouldn’t recognize his own behavior as problematic even if it war truly abusive, so I kept trying to convey…
In other words, if I’m expected to hit a reset button about things that are still bothering me - how is that supposed to work well?

Take a video of his behaviour and show it to a minister an abuse counselor and anpoloce officer and get their comments on it? Video their comments? Show to ur doctor too.
Then ask mate do u want to 1. Turn urself in to police as abuser or 2. Get reg counseling with checkups fr these people...n sign him up

You DONT want a man to “desperately chase” you. The opposite of ghosting does NOT mean chasing. Someone chasing you, is a red flag. It gets worse. Run.
Look for normal ladies, not ghosting, emotional unavailability nor chasing.

Some of these points are just basic. But keeping up with all these directives sounds like a full time job. I don't think all of us are made for relationships.
What makes you think all women want to be with men? Even if they’re not lesbian what makes you think that a woman wants to be a cheerleader? Some women or business people some women are geniuses. Some people are rocket scientist that are women. Some people are prolific, composers and visual artists on an extraordinary level, and they just don’t care whether men want anything to do with them, then there are some men who like those kinds of women, but women don’t really care about whether a man wants them or is going to be desperate for them I could care less I’m in men are gorgeous man or smart men are geniuses, mentor everything and they can be very loving but who cares if they’re desperate for you I don’t want any man he’s desperate I want them to be busy and be occupied with no very intelligent in Defort endeavors I don’t think that a man who’s comfortable in his own skin once a woman to be a cheerleader or somebody staring at him and giving him full attention every minute and especially if he’s busy doing something people should have their own goals goals
