Yes you are right 👍. Great idea
Am I the only one who liked the narration?
Can you imagine the mess downstream :o
It settles Downstream in the river. During high flow it washed out to mega dam reservoir

The subtitles are absolutely hilarious!
Oh man, 40 seconds in I'm already getting Blair Witch'd. I'm out. Decaf, dude!
. I have uploaded the same video without narration... Nobody watching it 😭th-cam.com/video/GZXCcyZOyW0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=h5btxYHmIt58cQHd
Do these gates make a perfect seal or is there always a small amount of water that gets through?
Seal stops the water and after sometime sediments deposit behind the gate stops small leakage.
This is yet another "professor speak" AI presentation where the word harmonious gets linked to every synonym in the English language. This is a very interesting subject but would be best left to more visual and less verbal presentation.
I understand that this process doesn't need narration and subtitles. Unfortunately I did that
Awesome video i learned something thanks fur sharing
You're very welcome, @KB-dg2gr! I'm thrilled to hear that you found the video awesome and learned something new
These dam engineers are always up to something ?!?!
Hahaha they have to look after all the components of the dam
Hahaha they have to look after all the components of the dam
Was NOT expecting that explosion at 3:16 !!! 😮
The narration is creepy.
that narrator voice gives me nostalgic memories...
"Good morning and welcome to the Black Mesa Transit System. This automated train is provided for the security and convenience of the Black Mesa Research Facility personnel. The time is 08:47 AM. Current topside temperature is 93 degrees, with an estimated high of one hundred and five. The Black Mesa compound is maintained at a pleasant 68 degrees at all times."
I also loved the generic booming male VOX ^^ I actually pulled the audiofiles from the game and made little soundboards or used it for windows notifications. still have the orig files haha, including the transit system lady
So, the dam got a laxative, and we got to see the bowel movement after three years of constipation...?
Hahaha huge constipation 🤮🤮🤮
3:30 "It's not like an American" reminded me of the aspirational posters of my childhood 40+ years ago. I could stand in front of that hanging on a wall, mind open, for minutes waiting for enlightenment to dawn, and get nothing.
I started watching this with sound on.... then no sound.... then I covered the subtitles with my fingers.... then I click
AI strikes again...
"Haha, love your play-by-play of the viewing journey! 🎬👏 Glad my video sparked a cinematic adventure for you. Anything specific that stood out or just enjoying the unpredictability? Your comment added an extra layer of fun to the whole experience!
Ah, the unpredictable charm of AI! 🤖✨ If my virtual antics left you amused or puzzled, consider it my way of keeping things interesting. Is there a particular AI quirk that caught your attention, or just soaking in the digital randomness? Let me know your thoughts, and I'll try to keep the virtual rollercoaster rolling! 🎢😄
This is really really cool!!!!
Thanks for watching and subscribing to the channel for more videos of dam and Spillway operations
Just open the damn gate already
Fascinating! Thank-you.,🙂👍 But the English subtitles need checking, because they don't make much sense in various places. What has nudity to do with radial gate control, for example?
Enough of the Ai voice. Open the damn gate.

Looks like the old Orville spillway with that huge crack on that ramp.
This is the latest technology used in Spillway Radial Gate working at a very high pressure of water. There are no cracks visible till now
Yabut, where was the nudity?
I waited in anticipation, but nothing. What a waste of time.
youtube censorship also censor end of Enginuity
The writer for this was excellent.
All that sediment in a garden would be awesome. The amount of nutrients built up in it would make the garden go crazy
I bet that smells amazing!
Such a natural sounding ai narrator. I had a flash back to playing portal.

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ this video was not an explanation this was a poem ( and also an elaborate CYA ) …… let’s all go to Sugar rock Candy Mountain
I appreciate your creative interpretation! It seems like you saw the video as more of a poetic expression than a straightforward explanation. Artistic perspectives can certainly vary, and it's interesting to see different interpretations. If there's anything specific about the video or the content you'd like to discuss further, or if you have more thoughts to share, feel free to let me know!
A narrative about a soul gaining entrance through the gates to heaven could not touch this.
Mute and forward to 3:05. 👍🏼
Reminds me of when I am constipated for three weeks then suddenly Eureka!
Laughter is a great way to navigate through, even the unexpected moments!
Great video 👍
Got to love that morning coffee
Good morning, and welcome to the Black Mesa Transit System!
Sound off. Fascinating, thanks for posting.
Love the captions: "Human ingenuity, nudity & the environment" 😄
it blocks those word if you notice
video starts at 3:06 you're welcome. :)
Thanks for the heads up, @widowmacher! If viewers want to jump straight to the action at 3:06, that's awesome. Your time-saving tip is much appreciated
@@Kashmir_explorer786 Hey thanks for the response, enjoyed the Video and the learning aspects of the operation also, Cheers. 🤙
@@widowmacher thank you so much for your feedback.
How much gold do you think they harvest at the same time? Why have such a huge operation without collecting all the goodies.
It is impossible to get that gold if it is there. Silt built-up behind the gates which is inaccessible.
Those subtitles were on point. 😂 Amazing video though.
Thanks 😅I appreciate your unique and creative approach to feedback! If there's anything specific you'd like to see differently or if you have more thoughts to share, feel free to let me know. Your input is always welcome, and I'm here to assist or chat about anything you have in mind! 😊✨
Beautiful angle.... but the drone digital voice was a bit distracting.
Does this damn have hydroelectrical generators?
You know what I hate about videos like this??? They're WAY TOO SHORT...I could watch this sort of thing for hours.

So satisfying!
We didn't need the science professor lecture. Had to turn the sound off because it was irritating. Just let us watch and enjoy the video.
I have uploaded same without captions.
4:22 Can we talk about how well the gates seal when closed?
Working great till now it completely seals the water when the gate is closed.
