My 6 year old son did this whole workout with me today. He was so excited to make it to his cooldown. He asked if we could give it a double thumbs up since we did it together. :) Made my whole day! Love building these healthy habits together!

Thank you Sydney for helping us to really focus on the muscle we’re working. During jackknives, you said to focus more on the getting your upper body lifted up… that’s when I really felt my abs, and then floating the leg i felt it even more. Yes!!! This is absolutely who I am now!

I love how Sydney is basically reading my mind and says just the right things at the right moment. Like she is standing next to me. Also I love the reminders that form is above speed, because I tend to get sloppy with my form just to keep up. Love this even though I am sweating through my eyeballs now 😅😂🤩
I did learn very early on in working out that I can’t beat unhealthy lifestyle choices. Alcohol, snacking, bad sleep habits and poor meals (on the go) defeated me. I began making better choices and I began seeing amazing changes. Looking forward to this journey. ❤
I really have a dislike to all things cardio and HIIT, I'd even had a conversation with Sydney about it where she advised that usually what we are less comfortable with or find the hardest we probably like less. So I've been keeping an open mind and trying to do it more. Following this years SummerTime FIne I've got to say I'VE LOVED the last two days of HIIT and cardio; especially todays. It was so much fun. Thank you Sydney. You really are The Best. I know I'm a bit behind but I'm in Kefalonia and sometimes it seems to take longer for the uploaded videos to appear. So I thought I'd wait until I knew they would be available.

To be honest, I was really dreading to do this workout because of the title ("45 mins", "HIIT").... but when I started doing the first few exercises, I realised it was actually fun!!! When I was at the beginning of my master’s program I was COMPLETELY overwhelmed. I saw three years of grueling work ahead of me that might as well have been 300 years. BUT, I had an amazing research advisor and mentor that cheered me on and believed in me more than anyone else. At the outset of my program she asked me if I knew how to eat an elephant. I looked at her like she was bonkers. She laughed and said, you wat an elephant one bite at a time, and that’s how we’re gonna do this project. I dominated my project and finished my program in two years…one bite at a time. We just gotta keep going, one bite or one step at a time. We got this!!!!🎉
Oh yeah, this little body dripping sweat and the feeling that you have give your all it's what Summertime Fine is about... I felt so nostalgic while remembering my first time with this program 😂 ANYWAY, I was a hot mess in the last set because my legs got so heavy, but I'm still proud of myself. I didn't give up and kept going 🥳💪 good job everyone!!
I have been very consistent this past 10 days, and I have lost 2 kg in a month. That is crazy because I am not on any diet, and one is that I am stronger.

Loved the cardio portions! Would be epic to have an edited version of just the cardio to use as an add on to all the pure strength STF workouts!

This was a great workout! It reminded me of Sydney’s older workouts. She didn’t seem as bored as she usually does in her newer workouts 😂.
