Thanks man! I was trying to do the "wet film trick" instead, wasn't working, didn't have any double sided tape but I did make sure to turn it anti-clockwise like you did in the video, that made all the difference!
You saved me a good 20 pictures, and probably a few hundred in the future.

I remember doing this before I started bulk loading. It tends to catch and ruin the velvet, ruining the canister

you can also lick the film base to make it sticky

@@ShootFilmLikeaBoss yes, will not always work since you need the film base to soak, become soft and wait just before its dry to become sticky. btw if you don't need to reuse the canister you can always easily break open from the light seals in a dark bag

Double sided tape? Just use a bit of water/saliva on the little piece of film/other roll..

Just rewind until the film comes off the spool you don't have to rewind all the way in the canister I've been doing this years
