Awh Panera soup isn't processed! I work there, everything is 100% clean and natural! but they do come in those frozen bags since they're made at a different location (tucson i think here in Arizona) and brought to us and we thaw them out, but they're still pretty much as fresh as can be but yes, very fattening!
Hey David, I know this is old but just if you see this by chance. Here's a little something Chef John taught me about roux that will set you free. Hot roux + cold milk = no lumps. You don't have to add slowly, just dump in a bunch of cold liquid and stir, it sorts itself out. Soooo much easier.

I make my own stock by just adding 1cube of chicken bouillon too 2C of water and I use frozen 1lb frozen broccoli (Thats what I had on hand) A couple of 2 Tips... Add 1 C - 1.5 C of chicken or veggie stock Use Extra Sharp Cheddar and NOT the regular cheddar. The soup is kind of thick so Thats y I add about a cup or so of chicken broth.
i want to ask sumthn , whats half and half ??? ( im not from the us obviously ) and is there an alternative ???? cuz i prob dont have it where i live . thx
Just a friendly reminder that you can eat the stem of the broccoli too, there is really no need to throw away so much of it. Just peel it and your are good to cook it exactly the same way as the rest of the broccoli!
can you do the Steak Fajita quesadillas? i wonder if those are good. they looked a bit boring but i could be totally wrong. Also the cheesy meatball bake looked good but i wonder if it is as easy as they make it appear.
It's easier to use pre-made Japanese cream stew roux blocks, it is nearly impossible to mess up or get clumpy. All you have to do it stir fry he veggies. Throw in water, the roux blocks, and the cheese. LOL, for ppl who can't do the roux right themselves.
David, can you make a versus video between Tasty and Twisted? Or Twisted Test. Kinda skeptical with Twisted Food but would like to know either Tasty or Twisted recipe is better!

I usually mash the broccoli and add some chicken breast in it, it tastes soooo good that way, especially with bread.

Late to the party, but if anybody has worries about the broccoli not being totally cooked, I find that steaming it beforehand helps immensely.
