1000% agree on LMNT. I just did some strongman training on a 115 degree day in a non-air conditioned building. If were not for the fans and LMNT I don't think I would could have completed that training session.
As someone who is prepping for my first Ultra (50k) I would love to see this program available online and how you can continue the hybrid style to stay in shape for multiple races a year. Balancing strength and running has always been my biggest challenge so I have moved to the full body training two days a week and running five days a week.
You can do it! I know how hard it is to go under the 3hours and every minutes is like a milestone but what a perfect goal you have there. You love to be at least at a 2.56 but preferably a 2.55. Come on if someone has the stamina to make it, it's you.
Hey Kristi just watched the video, I think you can do a sub 3 hour marathon, prediction (2hr 54min 37sec) also this training sounds like it aligns well for next year's CFG 2024 lol! another prediction (top 5). Love the training videos they are awesome as always.
Love this hybrid training. I love running and bodybuilding. Been mixing the two up more. Training for a half marathon. Kristi and Pat do you have any programming in IBEX that's a mix of bodybuilding/crossfit/running? I have a garage gym set up with some equipment. Would love to maximize what I have to work with.
