Hi thanks for the support!!! We appreciate the feedback! We don't have a printable list at the moment but we do have them listed on our IG account @ibex_training as well as in our Lift/Run program! Glad you have found value our videos and we will see what we can do as far as a printable list!
Fantastic video, thank you. One question, on the heel tap exercise (@4:30 secs in), I imagined the working leg was the one on the plate. But then the highlighted muscles were pointing to the leg lowered to the floor, which confused me. Which is the working leg, the one on the plate or the one being lowered to the floor?
Great video and tips! Not sure if you did a running/trainer shoe video- curious if you like the Nobull running shoe. Also interested in your watch brand- looking for a new one ❤️thank you!!
Awesome info. I've been doing a lot of Bulgarian split squats lately as I'm still trying to re-build single leg strength after a significant knee injury almost two years ago. Even unweighted box step ups are challenging on my injured side. Would you normally do these exercises you've shown as a single workout or spread them out as accessory work throughout the week?
I spread these out throughout the week! You will see them show up on different days paired with compound lifts in our Lift/Run program! Keep working hard, and be patient and listen to your body!
We typically program these after your compound lifts in the Lift/Run program! For example maybe 3 sets of 8-10 reps for the bulg split squat per leg superset with an adductor wall sit! Something along those lines! We don't program them all on one day, but we incorporate them throughout the week!
Great video!!! How many reps and sets do you recommend of each movement? Also how many times a week do you recommend doing these? Thanks!
Love the running videos. Thanks!

Yes the working leg is on the plate! The leg off the plate is non loaded!

Awesome
Cracking video!
thanks😆
Have you guys thought of a strength program for cyclists and mountain biking? Potential similarities with lift/run.
Hey!! we will continue expanding and may add something like that in down the road 😎✌️
How do you incorporate these into your routine? Just put them in your regular strength workout on non running days? Or what your suggestion?
