Thanks for the video! My recipe would be to mix the chocolate LMNT with my daily protein shake/ smoothie:
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (Orgain)
5g creatine
1 tbsp of peanut butter
Ice
all blended together
anything with peanut butter is going to be good !!

LMNT Recipe: Choclate Salt with a little bit of mango habanero is Greek yogurt!
LMNT Salted Tahini Chocolate Caramel Bars
For the shortbread base:
* 1 ½ cups packed fine blanched almond flour
* 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
* 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 pack of chocolate caramel LMNT
For the salted tahini caramel:
* 1/2 cup tahini
* 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
* 1/3 cup coconut oil
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 pack of chocolate caramel LMNT
For the chocolate layer:
* 3/4 cup chocolate chips
* 1 tablespoon coconut oil
* Fancy sea salt, for sprinkling on top
1. Bake the crust. Start by mixing all of the shortbread crust ingredients together until they form a thick crumb texture. Press the crust evenly into your 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper and bake it for 10 minutes.
2. Add the caramel. Mix your tahini caramel ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat until it’s nice and smooth. Pour it over the slightly cooled shortbread crust and place the pan in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until the caramel has hardened.
3. Add the chocolate. Melt your chocolate chips with a little coconut oil in the microwave or in a saucepan and pour the melted chocolate over the solidified caramel layer.
4. Cool, cut & serve. Place the bars in the fridge for an hour until the chocolate is completely hardened, then remove the bars from the pan, sprinkle with sea salt, slice and enjoy!

1 serving of chocolate pb protein
16g peanut butter
1 serving chocolate mocha greens
1 chocolate LMNT packet!

I’m currently doing the performance aesthetic program and I’m loving it! I really like that every 4 weeks we start something new! I have done a couple of other programs and I actually feel like I have found the best program that challenges me and I can see the results!

My shoulders are very hurt due to overtraining and not getting the right amount of nutrients. For me understanding macros , was impossible , till I found you🤗 Sometimes I feel frustrated because I can’t do much with my upper body. I would love to know if you take any supplements to help for stiffness and pain🙏🌺

I tried drinking the Chocolate with just cold water and had to dump it out. Citrus is my jam...it tastes like a margarita LOL. I tried mixing the Chocolate in with my eggnog latte and it was AMAZING!!!

0:31 what do you recommend for people who aren’t training 6-8 hrs a day (more like 1 hr/day) but still want to get a lean physique? How does the reduced time impact the overall timeline for getting lean and what strategies do you suggest to stay motivated?

I simply like to toss a half cup of strawberries in my 20 ball jar. I pour in enough water to cover strawberries and then immersion blender them. Add a pack of citrus salts and top off with ice and water. Enjoy!
My favorite LMNT recipe is: raspberry salt, ice, water, and fresh squeezed lemons for a refreshing raspberry lemonade!
Oh my goodness! The chocolate raspberry LMNT flavour would be perfect to mix into my breakfast oatmeal! And I would top it all up with some peanut butter and walnuts 😋
I injured my ankle so very little lower body work was allowed. I created a progressional program to get stronger on strict pressing and pulling and after 8 weeks when i came back to regular training my HSPU and CTB felt so much better than before (which is what I actually needed work on anyway so it was a blessing)
Just recently used your LMNT code/link to try the chocolate medley, and get a sample of flavors I haven’t tried yet too! I put the chocolate salt in my coffee, both hot and iced! It’s like a hydrating mocha beverage in the morning! ❤
I love this girl so disciplined i wish i could run but shortly after starting lift/running program developed patella femoral tendinitis lol got too excited running. As soon as i recovered i will get back on track 👉🏻👈🏻
