Hey, my hometown! Well, close by, you probably passed through it on the tri-rail. Speaking for Palm Beach County, there's very few sidewalks in general. People don't walk because it's usually prohibitively hot & humid. No one walks, so everyone drives, so no sidewalks. Glad you got to get some publix chicken. On top of that are the lesser fees which are your actual costs to go there./ The constant construction is often the investment and resale (flipping) for profit. Sadly after that, the new owner will commonly completely redo the new work done to sell the place. Hugely wasteful. Shamelessly so.
