For anyone reading this, I hope you excel at TH-cam and accomplish all your goals. Having a full time job makes it difficult but if it’s your passion you’ll make it through. TH-cam is the long game and will be rewarding eventually. Keep your head up. ❤
I’ve been doing TH-cam for four years with a full time job, it’s a lot and I’ve been contemplating quitting. This video was right on time! Thanks Erin!
If I were to start a TH-cam channel with a full-time job, the #1 thing I would invest in is a virtual assistant or someone to help with editing, thumbnail, description, tagging, etc. Burnout is real and doing both takes a lot of time and energy.
I work full time and have had my channel for a few years now. I wish I could be more consistent on TH-cam as a wife and mom with a full time job, but I’m giving myself grace and celebrating when I am able to upload and/or edit videos. It’s a small accomplishment that I feel proud of whenever I’m able to do it. Still striving to meet my short term goal of 1,000 subscribers!
Erin you are amazing girl Let’s get I was told by a couple friends that I remind them of you what a honour I’m like love her authenticity and professionalism and Sheek look can’t wait to meet you one day sis TH-cam Auntie baby ❤😂
Ok this is a very good subject... I find myself stuck here trying to juggle being a creative and entrepreneur and still having to work a 9-5 just to barely survive...
I started a channel...I can't remember how long ago.😆 Anywho, between being a wife, mom to 3 amazing kids, full time employee AND going back to college, my channel got pushed to the side. I think about it everyday though and feel a pull towards it. So thank you for this video Erin.♥️ Your content is always amazing and so helpful.
Thanks for sharing Erin..a couple things I am doing for anyone else on the journey - I use 5:00an to 6:00am to work on editing. 6-6:30 to work on thumbnails, tags, etc…I intend to hire out and hiring an editor for my YT and socials should cost me $120/ month at the most. Budgeting $200 a month for outsourcing. Shooting my videos over the weekend is something I am still ramping up to. Hope this helps someone
This is awesome! I’m also a mom of 2 & work full time, I’m trying to figure out how to be consistent on this content journey. Erin you are right I think if we focus on creating good quality content & simple editing it will take us far. Thank you & congrats I’m also going to check everyone in the comments & subscribe to you guys!! 💪🏾
I want to say thank you for your channel. You have made a significant difference in my development as I am creating my business and how I am going to use this platform. You have inspired me towards many creative and exciting ideas. Thank you again.
I love filming and editing my videos but it has been very hard for me to grow. With a full time very demanding big girl job lol your girl be having no energy left. I just started back being consistent posting at least once a week so this video has come at a great time! 💕✨
Hey Erin, I'm a college student of yours, a bad one girl, but I have been saying I just need to JUMP in and I will. I'm also going to get your YT Playbook. This is right on time, love your content and your authentic energy to help people achieve their goals. 💓
Hey Erin. I posted 2 shorts a few weeks ago and they blew up on TH-cam and Instagram. I have a full time job and now I’m exploring doing this full time.
Hi Erin, congratulations!!!! I work full time and have a start up beauty brand that I am launching in Q1 2025. I would like to start TH-cam to market my brand, I’m going to use my phone to record to begin with so I wanted to ask if your bundle includes very simple things like how far away you should set the camera/phone and how do you transfer the footage onto your computer etc. I already have lighting and a microphone, simple starter.
I really notice it when I film multiple videos in one day. The first one is high energy...the last one isnt up there. Can you do a video about upload settings? There is so much to decide on and I am not sure I am doing it correctly. If you have already done this can you send me the link please ❤
Hey Erin! My channel has been through a lot of changes but currently I post about travel social work. I am a travel social worker so it’s what I’m most knowledgeable about and I love sharing the information. My issue is YT is supposed to be my escape from my real life (ie. My hard career) but as I mentioned it’s what I know most about. Do you have any advice for how to avoid burnout on TH-cam when your content is your career? Or how to have a better balance? Thanks in advance!
Hi Erin, do you recommend an LLC or trademarking your TH-cam business name? If so, at what point would a person do that (prior to posting your first video)?
Hi Erin, Can you please lay down the flowchart from start to finish? Like do you record voice seperatly and lay it opver? or You record w voice and just upload? Or, do you write the script and read with a teleprompter? I am so confused where to begin?
Download your TH-cam Playbook for everything you need to know on how to grow & monetize your channel in 6 months! bit.ly/eod-youtube-playbook

Me as a wife & mom sitting at my full time job wishing I could quit so badly! I couldn’t click on this video fast enough!
Me too, and I just started 😫I am still Grateful for my job.
Same here! I'm grateful for my job but so badly want to quit. It sucks how much time works takes away from family.
I’ve been doing TH-cam for four years with a full time job, it’s a lot and I’ve been contemplating quitting. This video was right on time! Thanks Erin!
It's not always easy but it's worth it! You got this!! xx

Glad this video found it’s way to me. Started my channel yesterday and have a full-time and part-time job, 6 days a week. Great advice, thank you ❤️
Hey Erin. I posted 2 shorts a few weeks ago and they blew up on TH-cam and Instagram. I have a full time job and now I’m exploring doing this full time.
Im a TH-camr with a full time job - I’m consistent but I’ve been having a hard time growing a community. This was helpful 🤍 thanks
Completely unrelated to the topic but I love your color scheme!! I might use it as inspiration for the re-design of my office
Unrelated: I get hyped every time I find another Black Erin 🙌🏾

Great video, congrats on the baby! Be blessed!
Amazing video Erin ...that energy peaks tip is real😅. All the best fellow TH-camrs❤❤
E, can you do a video on how to properly tag, like the #️⃣.... it seems like no matter how many i added, people are not viewing the contents.
Thanks❤❤
Great topic 😊thanks for sharing 🎉
Congratulations on 400K🎉🍾👏🏾😁
Thank you so much, Erin!!💕, this motivated me to keep going!!
Thank you Erin, great tips!🥰🤗
You was reading my mind... thanks for the video
Amazon sells planning organizers specifically for content creators. They have a wide variety of them.
This resonates with me so bad right now. I’m working through it though💪
My pain points is when I watch a friend upload a video and fill out the form description part and hashtags. Then when get to upload brand images.
I really notice it when I film multiple videos in one day. The first one is high energy...the last one isnt up there. Can you do a video about upload settings? There is so much to decide on and I am not sure I am doing it correctly. If you have already done this can you send me the link please ❤
happy Sunday TH-camrs♥️

Hi Erin, do you recommend an LLC or trademarking your TH-cam business name? If so, at what point would a person do that (prior to posting your first video)?
Personally, I hate my z30. In fact, I’m trying to sell it now. It overheats in 30 minutes and is heavy. Not a fan
Hi Erin, Can you please lay down the flowchart from start to finish?
Like do you record voice seperatly and lay it opver? or You record w voice and just upload? Or, do you write the script and read with a teleprompter? I am so confused where to begin?
I really want to be a content creator I have so many ideas I just need a game plan
Do TH-cam Shorts count towards watch hours now? Thanks for this video! It's super helpful.
😭😭😩😩😭😭😭🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️lawddd
Is the camera good for a start up podcast
Are you on leave yet ?
Not yet! Very soon but you prob won't even realize tehe ;)
You won't be making money with just shorts, but okay.
Did you start with that camera or your phone?
Camera! But when I started, phones were not nearly as advanced as they are!
@@ErinOnDemand thank you 🙏
