I had loads left in mine but couldn't turn it anymore , seems such a waste doesn't it
@@charliejames1996 i was doing mine wrong where you twist it to 1 i was twisting it back down instead of pushing it 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ anyway started doing it properly i am down 7lbs

@@alexpn_she dosnt twist the needle on, just pops it on, it needs to be threaded on or it will go everywhere when the needle pops off
