I did this for Ozempic. But, Mounjaro is different. It’s more like a triangle shape with an enclosed needle. No need to prime.

A well presented tutorial on how to inject this drug, but why the camera vision of the presenter from the side talking to the camera in front? I've never understood how this technique improves or adds to the presentation. To me it just looks dumb. Maybe it's the director saying "sure, the presenter and the item being demonstrated are great, but it's only that way because of me, and don't forget that!"

Hi thanks for the video I have a quick question do you think ,its ok sit down and give the wegovy injection in the stomach or should we always stand up?

As I am traveling with two pens (and a cooling container), I collect all my used needles and put them back into the place where I took them from. I will get properly rid of them when I am home again. Took my first 1mg dose today morning. Up to now I did not have any side effects. But it is really nice to be able to eat only twice a day and not constantly think about food when you pass supermarkets or restaurants. Amazing really and I’ve lost already 6-7 kg despite being on a long vacation.

I didn't like this prim, clinical presentation. If you're going to say "It's important to dispose of the needle in a sharps disposal unit rather than a regular bin" you need to say *why* it's important. A lot more persuasive that way.

Why can I never use the fourth dose? The pen always seems to jam & the end will not unscrew. I just threw the first pen out after losing the will to live but the same thing has happened with my second a Mounjaro pen. I cannot afford to lose 25% of each pen & I have definitely only used three doses from the pen so it is not priming fluid. It seems cheaply made compared to other pens. Can I return the pen with the fourth dose still stuck inside it to the manufacturer to check out what the problem is? Otherwise I will just have to go back to using a Ozempic or Wegovy

INCOMPLETE, MISLEADING INSTRUCTIONS Following these instructions made me waste two doses. (That's a lot of money.) Because the video doesn't explain how to attach the needle properly. You need to screw it on The youtube video by PrivateDoc helped me figure this out and do it correctly

I was really nervous and have had it in the fridge since Friday, I found your video, had an idea already from the pack info leaflet, but following you made it so much easier. I did wonder about selecting the dose as it seemed to go on forever and I thought I had done it wrong. Anyway, its done now and thank you so much, I think I would have probably gone on struggling with fasting etc., were it not for my high blood pressure and fears of cardiovascular problems. As soon as I found out it lowers your risks I was in. I don't know if I want to raise my dose to the full and will just see how I do for the first couple of months. Thank you again.

This actually was wrong. When I went to get air out/ prime the pen. It ejected the whole medicine out of the pen.

Did they tell you your on auto renew on your account as regards money. And to un auto renew you have to give them money aka buy something before you can touch your account settings. Did they tell you contacting them is a nightmare and their chat is auto pilot junk.

So we don’t “prime” the needle on the 2nd,3rd or 4th shot? Only prime on the 1st? Prime being seeing the drop on the needle and turning the button to the two dots.

For the ones wondering. Novo Nordisk launched Wegovy in the US in a disposable pen with a single dose, while in the rest of the world Wegovy is sold in Novo Nordisk's Flextouch pen with room for four doses or a month's supply. The US version seems so easy but a lot of waste plastic and more costly to transport (more volume), with the new pen, same size 4 doses. Of course is more an hassle than the disposable ones.

Good video. Very helpful for us first-time self-injectors! My rx for Mounjaro did not come with needles - had to buy separately.

May be for a doctor error, i've got a 2,4mg box for the first usage which is absurd! Should i return it or should the dose selector be used to reduce the amount of liquid injected?

I forgot to Prime it the first time and I’m on my second dose should I prime it now ?

Such a piss poor way to get a blood sample. I used up all 4 lancets and only just about half filled the stupidly tiny phial..

Every time I check the flow on a new pen and press the button, I don’t just get a drop, a whole bunch of medication squirts out. Is this normal??

I had to quit this and go to another site, because the background music was irritating and unnecessary; it was also way too loud. I recommend The slimming Clinic. No irritating music and easy to follow instructions.

Very frustrating. Trying to get drops of blood, when they eventually come out in that tiny hole. Then your glasses steam up so you cant see what you are doing and knock over the vile when it is half full so I have to start again, then I run out of lances and managed to eventually get there shoving a bent safety pin as far into my finger as I could.

It's giving me a PPP to some dude...
