Ok two things: First, love the MGQ reference. That music is kickass. Second, Does humanity really offer an advantage? What does it do? Does it add to stats?
Humanity boosts the following: Item drop rate (Until 10 humanity) Curse resistance (Until 30 humanity) All defenses, physical, magic, fire, and lightning. Doesn't stop but slows down when you're at a very high humanity amount. If you have a huge amount (maybe 70 or so) you can tell. At low levels, you'll take way less damage.
And don't forget that weapons upgraded as Chaos scale with up to 10 as well, and so do some boss weapons (Quelaag's Furysword, Chaos Blade, and Abyss Greatsword).

It's a really damn hard fight and this music is what plays during it. There's music from MGQ in on of his other videos so I wouldn't be surprised if that fight is what inspired this video. This reminds me of the soul level 15 (or was it 16, been a while) Dark Wraith build where you would try to act like an NPC as much as possible. It was great fun if you stuck with it and it felt like I was giving newbies a challenge rather than just mercilessly stomping them. Some people even complimented me on it.

I've been doing a bunch of low level invading at the moment, with beginner gear of course, except that my definition of beginner gear is much more loosely defined. If I managed to into blighttown, grab the falchion, farm green titanite, run through the catacombs to vamos and upgrade it into a +5 flame falchion at level 7 then so can they.
