Red Tearstone Ring greatly increases damage at low HP, Crown of Dusk increases magic damage by I believe 20% and Bellowing Dragoncrest ring is another 20% I think. So the point blank shotgun effect of dark bead is enough to oneshot, plus the catalyst he uses increases damage as well.

Yet I learned. And finally, won. When you buy dark souls, or a soul-series game, you know you are up to a challenge. Blindly buying games isnt recommended often.

Did you even read my latest comment? That's not how it has to work. Easy mode can have the same difficulty curve, just starting out lower. Think of it as a graph, some people start half way up, some people start at the bottom. All of them need a curve to get to the top, and the easy difficulty could provide a entrance for people who don't start out so high on the ladder. It'll always be difficult for people who have any self control and know which difficulty to pick.
This is why whenever i see someone wearing a crown of dusk i drop all dueling etiquette, chain backstab them, wake up WoG/black flame, murakumo and turtle them with a DMB pike and wear flippy ring.
