For everyone thinking that the dark figure in the video is Venom, you're kind of missing the gist of the video because it's NOT JUST Venom, it's SHADY. This is why: the gist of the video is that, after Marshall been trying to avoid being Slim Shady, the more malicious, dark, monstrous version of Em all these years, Shady’s (that part of him) finally been reawakened, and throughout the majority of the video, Em’s like, “Oh, no, I don’t want that part of me to exist in me anymore because I almost lost myself as Shady was taking over me.” But in the end, he’s like, “Screw it, if people want Shady back so bad, they’re gonna get him.” That’s why at the end of the first verse of this song, Em says, “You want Shady! You got him!” So, at the end of the video, he finally bonds with him.
20:20 “Every parasite needs a host” 😳 I know the timeline is completely off. And its impossible and a total reach, BUT it just popped into my head this moment, that the director of the movie “Parasite,” the Korean movie that won 4 Oscars last year, made a name for himself bursting into the movie scene at the Canne film festivals with his film “The Host.” 😳 Parasite. The Host. Award shows...🤔🤔🤔😱 “Every *PARASITE* NEEDS a *HOST”* as in...the director needed the movie “the Host” to blow up first, to make the classic “Parasite” that killed EVERY film festival and Award Show, including the Oscars, years later?!? 😱😱😱😱😱😱 Eminem is now literally writing quadruple entendre bars about things before they even happen. He literally IS the *RAPGOD* foreseeing the future hidden in his bars and shit!!!! 😱🤯😱🤯😱🤯 W T F. Nostradamus Bars up in this bitch. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Ok so I just started watching your channel but thank you for breaking this down. I understand some of what he says but some just go over my head. You explaining all the meanings really makes me appreciate his music even more. Love your channel.
This is my first time seeing your video and you know your facts mate! You explained everything perfectly! I'm seeing Eminem in a whole new light after this video. And you too, best reaction ever! Keep doing what you're doing
It’s the millionth time for me to listen to the track and I just caught it, in the opening lines when he says “Gotta concentrate against the clock I race” ‘concentrate’ can also be a homophone for ‘constant rate’ which ties perfectly with “I got a marathoner’s pace” where he’s pacing himself with a constant speed against the time! Amazing how you can still find stuff fresh in his lyrics years later!
It's crazy that Em's had 14 #1 albums (SSLP was #2) and 15 that went Platinum when you include both D12 albums, 8 Mile OST, and Bad Meets Evil, in the last 21 years! Definitely a marathoners pace!
Bruh! I started listening to no life shaq when he only had 60k subs, and he is tip notch AF, but I am glad I found you. I got mad respect the way you break it down. Most people can't hear music and the way it was intended to hear. You hear the real bars the talent 👏 eminem had put forward 🙌 most people see the obvious, but not all the triples and how he brings it back. I really can't explain it all but mad respect bruh. I have been waiting to see someone break it down the way you do. Being a top notch MC is something that was lost. I have been listening to your music and it's pretty dope my brotha. Really raps will always be recognized by the real 💯 👌 you keep doing you, and I pray life brings you what you want. I am completely shocked that you catch every punch line. MAN definitely impressed bruh🤜🤛 I am just a white boy from the bay area that loves lyrical music, God bless the real
Em also said in a Interview he wasn't espacially dissing Drake, Em is cool with him. He says that in the Kamikaze Interview with Sway.(Sorry for my bad english I'm german)
"you just squat, piss and moan" is a triple too. hes saying lord jamar is a "squatter" in the house of hip hop while Em "belongs here" "squat, piss, and moan"- saying he squats when he pisses... like a female "you just squat. Piss and moan"- Lord Jamar is nothing. he is squat. now whine about it.
He also miss a bars right before the ghost line, Em said "time to separate the sheep from goats" It's also mean that people need to know which one is the "GOAT" (Greatest of all Time) and "sheep" That can be refers to a nowadays rapper that copy each other. Get it? "Sheep" Always follow his master (the most famous rapper like drake or migos)
I love your breakdowns!! You are quickly becoming one of my favorite Eminem reaction channels.. you are very witty and don’t let much get by you.. you understand the greatness of Marshall.. You, Doc Rich, Stevie Knight and ScriptWork are my favorite by far.. great job!!

This was a dope reaction and breakdown. Thank you! I would love to a breakdown of Walk on Water too, it's quite an emotional rollercoaster listening to that song
Knox, I've been a big fan lately. I just found your channel within the last 2 weeks or so, and honestly your breakdowns are amazing I would really like to hear your breakdown of any Aesop Rock track, dude is dense and very verbose, very difficult to hear once and point out what he's saying but I think you can pull some insights :] anyway good shit dude love the videos
Unfortunately the singer on this hook and em had a „fall“ing out cuz the singer didnt like that he used the f word on the song thats most likely why he wasn’t credited which sucks because i really like the chemistry of their vibes together.
I watched your reaction again because something you had said got me thinking about this video and the video for Venom. The Venom like shadow is "Shady". The albums prior to Kamikaze really felt like Eminem was attempting to step out from under the shadow of his past. So he had been running from it, but because of all the hate that his last album (Revival) had garnered, it revived that "Old Eminem" that was nothing but hate, rage and violence, murdering anything that crossed his path. (Warning, I am about to get philosophical and looking at the video as a story telling device. Sorry if this ends up a little wondering) In Fall, we see Eminem bust through the ground/wall five times. The first two are hard drops by Eminem, falling face first to the ground, but he bursts through into a new dimension. So, what does this mean? I believe it is a visual representation of Em's career. If you go back five studio albums (from Kamikaze) you end up at Encore. Well, Encore is literally the bonus performance after the show is over, it is basically to wind the crowd down, and to thank those that said to the very end. And if you look at it, Em was dropping an album a year-ish until Encore. Then nothing for 5 years. So, it feels like Em dropped Encore and was then going to step away or was pushed away from the studio because of that darkness inside of him, those things inside of us that if we give into them will destroy us and drive us to vices to numb them. (As we know in '07, Em ODed trying to run from that darkness). So, first drop Encore, good solid hit, but definitely not as successful as The Eminem Show, this is shown by Eminem tripping, but literally breaking through the earth to continue to "take it in stride". Things seem to be alright, but the Venom almost gets Em, ( this would be his ODing in '07) so he bolts and shortly thereafter, he trips and falls face down again, (Relapse). Again, still a solid album going double platinum, but definitely took some steam out of Eminem. Then we get into Em building himself back up again, he no longer needs to rock the universe with his hits, he just need to have some solid releases. So, even while still running for this past and his inner darkness, he can still break down the walls between where he is, and where he needs to be, and while strong, it wasn't anything superhuman (the first two walls Em runs through, Recovery/MMLP2). But Em looks over his shoulder and he sees that darkness is still coming for him, so he does what he can do, breaks down another wall to get away from it (Revival), that is when we see Em go tumbling to the floor. Em realizes that that took way too much out of him and he can't do that again, otherwise his darkness with catch back up to him and destroy him. Then we see EM deciding he needs to come up with another plan on how to deal with this darkness. Finally, Em decides that he needs to accept his past, accept his darkness, that it is a part of him, and with him accepting that it is part of him, it makes him stronger and it cannot be used against him any more. It is then that Em breaks through the glass (break glass in case of emergency), Em decides to drop again, so get can emerge and see (emergency) what he is going to become (the dropping of Kamikaze). And on his way out, he literally crushes Revival. Em literally carries this theme into Venom. Seriously, watch this video and then watch the video for Venom, and listen to what Em is talking about in Venom.
I don't know what Em thinks of Migos, but I don't think the Migos line in this song is a diss against Migos. He is just saying that other rappers are copying Migos' style. Now, maybe Em doesn't like that style, but you can't take that away from that line alone.
He didn't here, but the Not Alike hook was mocking one of their songs, so Offset sent a little sub on his "Father of 4" album, then Em sent a shot back on Homicide (the whole Rick Flare wrestling section is at just Offset) and Offset shut up, lol.
Hopsin went online and reacted to that shout out! He was thrilled!! You should see that video, it's hilarious! I love Hopsin so much! The next step is definitely a collab with him,he deserves it more than anyone in the game
I love how the main loop of this track creates an enormous feeling of suspense, because it can't really have a resolution to it. So it becomes clearer and clearer, that whatever happens at the end of the song is almost guaranteed to be a jarring break with everything that came before. And indeed, the song ends without a real resolution, just the wind-down after the fall.
Yo Knox, that line “sorry that I took forever” is a quadruple saying he took the song, and how long he took to respond, and how long he took when they performed it live, and how long his verse was
This is easily the greatest breakdown channel on the tube. Also, I don’t know if you’ve seen hoping reaction to Em dropping his name on this track, but Hopsin got super hyped about it.

I just love the double meaning of the verse, sorry if I took forever, because when he talks about how Drake invited him to the stage to sing forever, Em took more time performingand stole the show. And the second meaning being very literal that Em took the song forever as his own because a great majority of fans only listen for his verse.
I've listened to this song so many times and listening to your breakdown I only just caught another line I missed every other time! The way he pronounces 'carryin' an Oxford dictionary' sounds like 'carrion' ... which harks back to the bird imagery and also the parasite refs earlier in the verse; carrion birds famously only feed on dead things, they're scavengers like vultures, they don't kill things themselves. In contrast to Em, who 'wrote every single word of everything I ever murdered.' Genius, man. Absolutely genius!! AND, holy shit, just listened another time; he pronounces 'car coz I'm just barely gettin started' as 'carcass' ... as in the things carrion eaters feed on. Wowowoowowoww
25:16 There is a video where Hopsin mentions this in youtube video called "Hopsin Reacts To Eminem Mentioning Him On Kamikaze Album " I love that video

20:20 “Every parasite needs a host” 😳
I know the timeline is completely off. The Host. Award shows...🤔🤔🤔😱
“Every *PARASITE* NEEDS a *HOST”* as in...the director needed the movie “the Host” to blow up first, to make the classic “Parasite” that killed EVERY film festival and Award Show, including the Oscars, years later?!? 😱😱😱😱😱😱
Eminem is now literally writing quadruple entendre bars about things before they even happen.
He literally IS the *RAPGOD* foreseeing the future hidden in his bars and shit!!!! 😱🤯😱🤯😱🤯
W T F. Nostradamus Bars up in this bitch.

Funny thing tho, i never knew what made me so obsessed beyond normal with Eminem until i heard venom. I literally have tried to stop now for so long 😞
@@nejsnek1410 it was a promotional song. It was not meant to be a heavy punchline and double and triple.
@@samsaumaralikhan that's why I wish Eminem didn't put it in his kamikaze tracklist. If Nice guy and venom weren't in the tracklist then kamikaze would probably be a 9/10.
Knox is the only youtuber that is acceptable for him to stop every second because Knox really digs up the song.Knox ur music is awesome love it and keep up the great work my man.
Ems intelligence is insane. Those triple and double meanings are so sick, and you caught every one. Takes one to know one, much love. So happy you broke down every single hidden meaning for those that didn’t catch it. You gained a new follower here! Your bars are sick as well!!
One of my favorites from Kamikaze. It’s crazy, I already love Eminem but the way you breakdown his music makes me love and appreciate him even more.
I really love your channel. Speaking of Hopsin if you haven’t heard his recent song “Kumbaya” I would love a reaction to that. The beat is 🔥🔥🔥
You gotta react to eminem - greatest
Verse 3 is one of the best schemes I've heard from him
I am from Europe, but I am willing to fly tommorow morning to wherever he is, sit there and just listen for hours to whatever he has on mind. Mad respect.
I believe kill shot came out on Patrick Swayze anniversary of his death.
and 2pac i think
If I remember correctly I believe he was playing a pac-man arcade game on Tupac anniversary days before in remembrance. Then he dropped kill shot on Patrick Swayze anniversary death. If I’m wrong I stand corrected. Hope that helps
The 'if you wanna critique me, you at least be as good or better' line changed my and many other's views on haters from all kinds of spheres in life.
Interesting
you gotta react to eminem right for me, i know you’ll love it such an underrated song! also chaos theory was so good man i’ve had it on repeat! also i’m early, sweet excited for this reaction!
Loved this song by Eminem. Lyrically brilliance, and packed with great wordplay and punch lines. As always knox hill, fantastic reaction.
eminem is the goat, no debate. its crazy also when you think about like white rappers in general, every white rapper gonna live in hes shadow like literally FOR EVER its crazy when you think about it, theres never gonna be better white rapper than eminem

So Glad you actually reacted to this. Fall is easily one my favorite Em tracks mainly because of that smooth, godly flow.
Barely dropped 2 minutes an I already this this gone be a 🔥🔥 reaction! Great breakdowns always my guy 🙏💯

Damn man that’s what’s up. Exactly why I make this music 🙏

Best reactor on youtube in my opinion I've ever seen hands down you deserve more followers man. You earned it homie
Em is totally a genius. An you break him down perfectly. My daughter and myself ride around when he has a new album released until we break them down. Took us all the way from Michigan to Florida for this album. Fun times fosho!!
Wow! That is amazing. I love that for you and your daughter. Idk her age, but regardless she will remember that tradition forever. I wish my mom loved Em as much as me! That’s dope. ❤️ for some reason this made my heart really warm, I wish you guys the best ☺️

I used to watch a lot of reaction channels to get a full perspective but you break down eminem better than anyone I'm definitely subscribing for life
You know it’s gonna be a good reaction when he’s got a long video, and the camera is about to die.
Ive been listening to fall for 5 years and an em fan for 15 years and u showed me so much more in this song than ive ever seen before
Great review bruh. I missed alot of these lyrical double and triple layers you have now explained. Thank you, keep up the good work and keep them vids coming.
Ok so I just started watching your channel but thank you for breaking this down. I understand some of what he says but some just go over my head. You explaining all the meanings really makes me appreciate his music even more. Love your channel.
Yay, em appreciator
I hope you do Greatest, Venom, and Not Alike on the Kamikaze album, because those are really good too~
It's crazy that Em's had 14 #1 albums (SSLP was #2) and 15 that went Platinum when you include both D12 albums, 8 Mile OST, and Bad Meets Evil, in the last 21 years! Definitely a marathoners pace!
Shit bro, dropped everything i was doing as soon as i got the notification. 😂 You better give me that free wrap.. or rap?
Not bad English at all. Better than most English people! 👍🏼
YES!!!! I REQUESTED THAT YOU REACTED TO FALL AND YOU FINALLY DID.
IM SO EXITED.
"you just squat, piss and moan" is a triple too.
hes saying lord jamar is a "squatter" in the house of hip hop while Em "belongs here"
"squat, piss, and moan"- saying he squats when he pisses... like a female
"you just squat. Piss and moan"- Lord Jamar is nothing. he is squat. now whine about it.
OH SHIT!!!
(no double bar intended there)
Nice catch man.
I caught that too.. glad I wasn’t the only one to catch that good shit 👌

Knox man I appreciate you and these breakdowns. Love the music also bro.
Unfortunately the singer on this hook and em had a „fall“ing out cuz the singer didnt like that he used the f word on the song thats most likely why he wasn’t credited which sucks because i really like the chemistry of their vibes together.
Yea it’s a good song. I guessed there was an issue but didn’t know what - thanks for letting me know 🙌
Damn, people are so sensitive these days 😪
Sounds like NF lol
I watched your reaction again because something you had said got me thinking about this video and the video for Venom.
The Venom like shadow is "Shady". The albums prior to Kamikaze really felt like Eminem was attempting to step out from under the shadow of his past. So he had been running from it, but because of all the hate that his last album (Revival) had garnered, it revived that "Old Eminem" that was nothing but hate, rage and violence, murdering anything that crossed his path.
(Warning, I am about to get philosophical and looking at the video as a story telling device. Sorry if this ends up a little wondering)
In Fall, we see Eminem bust through the ground/wall five times.
I’m gonna be honest I can’t tell if he dissed migos
I don't know what Em thinks of Migos, but I don't think the Migos line in this song is a diss against Migos. He is just saying that other rappers are copying Migos' style. Now, maybe Em doesn't like that style, but you can't take that away from that line alone.
@@MiddleAgedBob they're garbage. - every real hip hop fan ever.
@@RojoCube Maybe. I'm an old head, I don't listen to Migos. I just didn't view that line as a diss against them.
He didn't here, but the Not Alike hook was mocking one of their songs, so Offset sent a little sub on his "Father of 4" album, then Em sent a shot back on Homicide (the whole Rick Flare wrestling section is at just Offset) and Offset shut up, lol.
@@RojoCube ¿?

Well, I'm here for the algorithm. I hope you enjoyed the song
