In the more recent remake of the game, I’ve planned out my team, here it is: Greninja Mewtwo Jolteon Lapras Primarina Yanmega Greninja was my starter so I CANNOT remove him, Mewtwo is a powerhouse and cannot be taken lightly, Jolteon is a good electric type, so hopefully we can get some Paralysis going, Yanmega is bug and flying, which is good against Psychic, Dark and Fighting Types, then of course comes Lapras and Primarina, both will be used against Lance, Lapras is Ice Type so it will DESTROY Dragonite, Flygon and Salamence, then Primarina is Water and Fairy, so Kingdra will be beaten fast, but if you’ve been playing the recent version and have battled Elite 4, then you’ll know that Lance also has Palkia and Dialga, and they both have powerful Dragon Type moves, Roar of Time and Spacial Rend, but those moves are Dragon Type moves, thus are rendered completely useless against a Fairy Type such as Primarina, I might replace Primarina with Mawile though
UPDATE! After 3 years I suddenly listened to this again and apparently this is the champion's theme from Pokemon Origins, so go listen to that version
The farthest I got was lance his dragonites were so much of a pain

I had a full team of legends like dialga palkia mewtwo giratina deoxys and darkrai
I beat the crap out of his team with a Lucario. Had to air balloon him tho or else his damn Metagross would kill me. Used below like 5 Full Restores
