Rodrygo has clutch factor like no other. What he did against Chelsea/Man City in the UCL last year and how he took control of the Copa Del Ray final this year. Scary to think he's only 22, I think he has an even higher ceiling than Vini Jr.

I think a higher ceiling is open to opinions. I would personally disagree I think Vini Jr could go on to be better than Neymar and potentially become Brazils best ever player. However, no denying how brilliant and clutch Rodrygo is and his footwork is insane. They’ll both go so far

As someone who have seen he playing since when he was at Santos, i agree a lot with this.
Vini is faster and a little better at dribling, but Rodrygo is so much better technically, he is a very good finisher and can create chances for his teammates and himself with easy. A much more complete player than Vinícius is and can possibly be.

He is, however he just wouldn't get in that combined eleven because of who he's up against. He doesn't get in over de Bruyne or modric and they have to have a cdm which is rodri and then there's all the spaces taking up. It's a shame because he's so good and is part of the second best midfield of all time after xavi iniesta and busquets, but he just can't get in because of the level.of talent he's up against

Needed to find a way to get Benzema in, as leaving him out for Rodrygo felt like heresy. De Bruyne has played off the right for city and, although not a winger, can drift in from that position with Walker overlapping on the right (which is why I put him in ahead of Stones). Stones is in a great run of form, but the chat comparing him to Rio/Terry and saying he's possibly the best CB in the world is laughable. Benzema playing off Haaland would be a dream.

It's exactly right what they said about Modric. He is a legend. He is the only reason Croatia got through that WC game against England in the WC 2018. He is a machine.
