I'm convinced your mom is a ninja: she's crazy skilled with knifes! I cut everything so slowly my own mom says I'm just waiting for it to cut itself hahaha ._. *i'm very scared of sharpy objects like knifes, swords and so on*. I love this series! i used 1 and a half cups of boiling water and 3/4 to a cup of fish sauce came out perfect a little bit spicey but can be fixed with more water to fish oil ratio. really just taste as you go. i made my egg rolls first so it was pretty easy for me to just fix it as i go.

They're thai peppers, can be found in most Asian grocery stores
