it's normal for anything that tastes good and wholesome. (yes, viet food has garlic in everything)

its very normal. We love to use garlic because its very fragrant in the foods.

Yes, we use it often....mostly for sauces though or garnishing. As far as I know, I don't recall using a lot of garlic in many main dishes. I could be wrong so anyone else can chime in if they like!

There is garlic in almost everything we make at home. So much garlic...Gotta love Viet food. You do not notice it really, but it is in there.
