Great interview.Right to the point. No butt kissing, and you asked the right questions. Having your own Mclaren definitely helps. Keep up the good work!
Good interview Austin, an interesting bit of info you might not be aware of. Some of the features like the movable rear spoiler and the louvers in the front wheel fenders were first used on the Chaparral. A race car designed and built by Jim Hall (secretly helped by General Motors) back in the late 1960's
Excellent video Austin. To have one on one with Michael Mclaren CEO. I’m sure you never imagined 2 or 3 years ago? You have to be extremely excited in getting your 750S? Well done Austin👍👍👍
You are so right Mike! Love all these cars... couldn't believe years ago we'd be experiencing all these adventures and opportunities. Thank you very much
@12:42 "More than 600 lbs lighter than the best competitor in the segment." The C8 Z06 is 600 lbs heavier. Great to know the McLaren CEO just called the C8 Z06 the best competitor.🥇🥇🥇
That white looks so classy. Most car enthusiasts are still loving internal combustion cars but we feel like EV are being forced on us. I wish the hybrids were pushed more, the best of both worlds.
Speed Phenom Awesome Video I think it's awesome that you got to do an Interview with the CEO of McLaren and I can't wait to see your 750s on the channel
For the person that called MCLAREN ugly I would hate to see that your choice of women.! I've had everything it's not ugly. If you see it in person it gather crowds it's stunning actually.
They should of put new rodes in engine they are the most prone engine component to blow out the block! Maybe they did but he never mentioned it! Most mac engines blow rods eventually and quickly if modded!
I’m wondering if the connection with the road/track would be and feel the same or even better than the 720s, and on the other hand CEO said that the cut a little bit the gear ratio, does that means that the car has a lower top speed ? Like 325 kmph instead of 340?
A report: I drove a 720S and a 765, I found it to be a noisy car. It looks like there are loose parts. And the interior, I think is very simple, same steering wheel 10 years ago. Artura has improved this, but improvements in finish and construction are still needed.
For the people that are commenting why come out with the 750 when you have the 765. The 765 is not in every day driver you can't even drive it on the streets. The mirror is rattle and it's so noisy. It's not comfortable at all to drive. It is specifically really to drive on the track. The 750 is in between the 720 and 765 and it is an amazing car the engine that is, but the electronics a lot of problems as I found out. I hope they can correct this problem. Already in the shop first day took delivery. Suspension degraded it says something with the front lift.
They only made a few changes to the old engine and got 30 HP. Most modern supercars can be driven with moderate fuel consumption. Not the 720s and the 750s. The 750s even needs more fuel than the 720s which is insane. They should go for a whole new engine, because the current one isn't efficient at all. It's puring in fuel even if you're driving slow.
Mc Lauren 765lt better more attractive posing car than the 750s. How could they have messed the art on the headlights. This car is awesome sounding. The 750s does not make it. Hopefully they corrected the gaps and low quality overall finish
I have driven Lamborghinis and McLaren. I love MCLAREN and I love LAMBORGHINI but I have to tell you out of German and Italian cars. I've never had issues. MCLAREN just too many mechanical electrical glitches. Very disappointing great engines however. Beautiful design but their electronics they need to learn from the Italians and Germans, how to do it.

Thank you McLaren for being one of the only brands still focusing on good hydraulic steering and light weight.
These attributes are getting increasingly hard to find
Didn't see you at the event that night - woulda been nice to say hi! I'm sure you had more than a few subscribers there as it got busy.
Would've been great to meet you! Sorry I couldn't stay. Hopefully at the next one! Seemed like a fun showing
Awesome interview!
Thanks Jeff!
Been waiting for a proper overview of this supercar. Thanks!
Happy to deliver!

Well...If the Z06 was considered a supercar you may be onto something. However we live in reality. He's clearly referring to the 296 GTB.
@@zmalone8633 Z06 Is a supercar
I don't think corvette is a competition for mclaren
Very thoughtful interview, Austin. Well done sir!
Thank you Kurt!!
I hope to order mine in September 😅
Excellent interview and information as a track focused driver you always ask the right questions
Haha thank you so much!! It's what we do! :)
Did not expect this good work bro
Thank you!
That white looks so classy. Most car enthusiasts are still loving internal combustion cars but we feel like EV are being forced on us. I wish the hybrids were pushed more, the best of both worlds.
That was a win win interview. You got to see the new car you ordered, and McClaren. Got free advertising to all the enthusiasts who follow you.😊
Look forward to you smashing it on the track my man. Lets go 💯
Here we go!
I really appreciate to these mc larens

Excellent interview and interpretation of two intelligent minds, thanks!!

Speed Phenom Awesome Video I think it's awesome that you got to do an Interview with the CEO of McLaren and I can't wait to see your 750s on the channel
Thanks Josh! I think you'll like this car one we have at it!
@SpeedPhenom of course Austin I already know I'll love it
Did you guys color coordinate your outfits with the white car? Damnnnnn
Yes. We did
@@SpeedPhenom love it!
Looking sharp my guy 🤙🏽
Haha I try!
Never really thought of a McLaren in white, but man is that nice.
Me too... it had a lot of flakes! Not sure the name of the color unfortunately..
Finally getting some decent sideburns
Austin you rock! Love the 750S! Peace
I really appreciate it!!
Good luck with your car !! Wonder when the new 765lt is coming out
The white one looks awesome😍
Love my 720 Luxury. But, the looks mimic my Artura a bit too closely. Think I’ll pass on replacing my 720 Lux.
Looks like the 360 Modena in the front
For the person that called MCLAREN ugly I would hate to see that your choice of women.! I've had everything it's not ugly. If you see it in person it gather crowds it's stunning actually.
Homie said "elejance" 💀
What a masterpiece
That's a cool Spec and an Awesome Color congratulations on your Purchase 👨🏻👍🏻🏎🏎🏁🏁🚩🚩
You're too kind!

I am very intrigued by MCLAREN 750S Super car
Me too

exterior and interior is nicer in the 720 S, especially the gauge cluster and the front of the car.
That was a quick switch up on C8😂
I Preciate This Well Executed Interview Very Informative & it’s 12/15/23 I’m 28 yrs old & I’m Going to Own a 720s by age 30
Find a vocation.
McLaren is becoming my favorite supercar brand.
Great interview you ask all the right questions Mclaren has excellent Street cars their F1 program. Very very sad. anyway, keep up the good work.👍👍👍

The 720s looks better IMO
What about the manufacturers warranty. Does it come with a six or ten and 100,000 miles warranty?. 😂🤣
You can extend past 10 years last I checked. Same goes for the 600LT
@@SpeedPhenom how does tracking the vehicle at its limits. Play into the manufacturers warranty on the engine and transmission?.
Don’t understand what’s the point of the 750 when they have the 765? What am I missing?
765LT production was a limited run of 2 years basically. A batch of coupes and a batch of spiders. The new lineup is Artura, 750S, Etc
@@SpeedPhenom I think a 765 makes more sense for you with all your track exposure. I’m sure you can find a nice one! Good luck!
The design is a bit awkward and overwrought. I'm sure it's functional for cooling and aero but the styling is what I'd call attractive.
MCLAREN UFO !!.....tecnologia aliena !
But is reliable as a Lamborghini or a Ferrari
Buy this car in 2024
Just share awesome, this benchmark supercar. Hey Shut up!😊
Asking him about quality 😂😂😂💯💯💯👏👏👏
Aussie looks down and to his left as he shakes hands. smh

how is it a benchmark? the design is a downgrade, especially the front it looks like a flattened model 3.
The interior sucks 9:04
McLaren's are just plain ugly in my opinion.
Lazy effort by them in terms of the design cues. It’s been ongoing for years now, Mclaren simply needs to do better
Break down is an appropriate word because it will, the most unreliable cars and they are British how embarrassing.
Better than the cars from your country fool.
Yhea, but mclaren reliability and build quality 😖
Destroy the entire front and rear end of a car
Made it all the beautiful grills, etc.
