Maybe this is impossible, but wanted to asked. I got a picture of line notebook paper. I took a black white picture and already removed the background. What I want to do, turn my black and white picture, turn it into a pencil sketch, and then place it on top of this line notebook paper. So in theory you could could lines of the notebook paper through the sketch. I thought best approach would be to use your pencil sketch instructions here, and then with the opacity sliders to make the pencil sketch somewhat transparent. But despite a few different attempts that has not seem to be working. Is what I am trying to do even possible, or is that asking to too much for this software?
It is possible, I think what you are asking is you need to convert a black and white photo to pencil art then place it on the lined paper! Am I right? If so drop the photo of the lined paper in the photopea as a new project and place this pencil drawing output layer above the lined paper and make the blend mode to multiply. Hope it helps you 🤞🏽

2. Solid color-white
3. Layer color fill placed middle
4. Duplicate
5. Smart object for dupclated image
6. Add saturation -100
7. Select duplicate image
8. Invert
9. Change normal blending to color dodge
10. Gaussian Blur
11. Add contract at curve
