100% AGREE! I do NOT think these new houses will age well at all like the houses from the 50s and 60s. They're very cold and antiseptic. I worked on a house that tried to have a more traditional exterior with a contemporary interior and it was like an identity crisis. I think the family wanted a resort feel, and that was the problem. Vacation is nice, but it's always nice to come home!
I worked the water co in San Marino for 35 years. I know this house and street very well. With tiered rates thanks to Calif PUC water has become super expensive in San Marino and surrounding cities. Beautiful street but heavy street traffic.
