Beautiful Spanish Revival, what year was this house built? My grandparents' house was built in 1924, and horribly 'reimagined' the re-imaginers destroyed the place. It looks like some cheesy condo built 10 years ago! While they boasted about 'old world charm' Really? WHERE? My grandfather laid every brick on that patio, even had the Mediterranean fish pond, and massive garden. All gone now...

Regardless of anything else....1 bathroom is just not going to cut it for more than ONE person. Sadly most older homes are this way.
The decor is thoughtful and fresh. It's a tad bit busy though.
