I love som tam. I had some today because I had been eating much Western food recently and I wanted something light & fresh.
The salad...my favorite. Brought some chili's back to USA and now have seedlings too. 😅
Love how the ladies prepared the carrots......i would lose multiple fingers doing it that way!

Hi Gift, Joe and other family members, Aum and Ammie. Great vlog as always Gift and Ammie. Who needs Joe? Great to see all you young ladies enjoying food shopping together and then preparing it all for your delicious meal. I thoroughly enjoyed the morning market trip and was glad that you weren't ambushed by a troupe of marauding monkeys on the way back! Our gas tank lasts us around 6 months usually as we eat at home quite a bit but only costs us 330 baht, but we take it to be refilled ourselves and connect it up ourselves. Loved the 3 of you dancing together at the end. God Bless you all 😀❤🙏

I liked that fish sauce optional. I’m allergic too fish. Any time I try to eat at a Thai restaurant I have a difficult time getting the restaurant to understand to not add any fish sauce. I’ve finally got a place near my house to keep it out of a few dishes that they will cook for me.
Happy to hear that. All the restaurants in our town know that I don’t like fish sauce, MSG or sugar in my food.

We cook once a day mainly, occasionally we cook twice in one day.
