Excellent, as always. Thank you for caring. Doctors in my area don't want to hear about it.

I had early onset dementia, I would lose days and could hardly talk. I knew it was linked to my back injury. (Adhesive arachnoiditis, inflammation) I started sleeping in a shielded room, a room that shields for space weather like solar flares. I had no signs of dementia after about six weeks, but it started working right away and just got better every day. It is like waking up from a dream. This Dr Been video and the Harvard study from July 2022 (Harvard, solar flares activate endothelial and inflammation) seems to explain it. We subsequently repeated this with another family member with dementia with the same results. I should also add that my pain flare ups go from a ten pain level to a zero in a few minutes when in the shielding room. I believe it is the space weather that acts on damage and is the trigger for inflammation. My wife's uses it for her fibromyalgia, seizures and migraines. She has not had a seizure in ten years because she goes in the shielding room when she feels one coming on. If anyone has a family member. With dementia, it won't hurt to try. There is a video on yt with a list of materials, you build yourself it's easy.

@joanneurbanowicz4994 It is strange. I never heard of it before. The article is free at NIH, I believe, and is easy to find. I just put in solar flares inflammation and got it. It is by Harvard researchers.

Fascinating. Of course I had to find this study. Here it is: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9321765/

This is why I supplement with ANTI-inflammatory compounds, in particular Astaxanthin!

Thank you so much for bringing this important information to a wider platform. I have metabolic syndrome, with my glucose levels at the very high end of normal. My goal since diagnosis 15 years ago has been to avoid sugars (and I love sugar, but recognize that it is exactly like a habit forming drug). Your topic today explains to me why I experienced such a profound positive change in cognition, strength, balance, energy and mood during the periods when I've maintained daily exercise, and a strict ketogenic diet.

My late husband was a doctor and he always said that most of health issues are from inflammation

    Would metformin help resuce inflammation?

My mother died from dementia. A couple of years before she started showing symptoms, she had her gall bladder removed. After the gall bladder is removed, the patient is supposed to avoid eating fatty foods. She continued to eat fatty foods, including ice cream every night. I haven't found any studies online regarding eating fatty foods after gall bladder removal leading to dementia, but I can't help but wonder. She did have fibromialgia for many years and struggled with being overweight since she was a young girl.

My mother did the Same after having gall bladder removed in her mid 50s. she stopped the fatty foods ice cream and cheese in the 1960s for awhile. Then she started back up. She never gained lots of weight and lived with a strong brain till 99 she would have been 100 the next month from when she died. she did have fibro many years we figure back then called just arthritis. I have it to at 70 started at 38 have strong brain just graduated college at 50 with high honors so who knows.

Love u Dr been, my heart's gotten better but I have auto immune issues causing inflammation in my body including my eyes constantly (causing blurryness etc) my Drs are kind of helping but not really. I'm not sure where to look as do they aside from markers to what's causing it. I think the inflammation is part of my chest and body pains now as well

Look, everyone does that. If you wash your hands and do that only in the bathroom, I doubt that is what they are talking about. Obviously, refrain as much as possible. But everyone does that.
      Maybe get a good humidifier?

    Ask Google;
Do solar flares affect air quality?
"Moreover, a recent study found a significant association between solar activity and increased ambient ultrafine particle concentrations, suggesting a direct link between solar activity and higher levels of ambient air pollution (Zilli Vieira and Koutrakis, 2021).Jun 2, 2022"
    -----------------------------------
We know the chemical instability of the air affects cellular function and causes inflammation, we also know that solar radiation increases the chemical instability of the air.
When we can't understand how we are being affected by an aspect of our environment, we need to look at how it affects the air we breathe, and how the effect it has on the air we breathe affects us.
I don't think we do not need to wear a tinfoil hat, to protect our brain from the inflammation associated with solar flares.

Chronic high ESR, CRP, heamocrit, haemoglobin, red cells, white cells, platelets, lymphocytes and some other forms of over a decade (full blood counts done every few weeks-months for over 10yrs). No diagnosis, no cure, I feel terrible and I’m getting forgetful, drop things, walk into everything, zone out and get confused. I’m convinced I’m loosing my marbles but no point seeing GP as everyone hides from me anyway because of my high blood counts. I never even complained about symptoms or anything so I’m not a pest but they pass me to every department saying it’s not their expertise and now all consultants hide lol
Any advice on directions to look for a solution or diagnosis
Not secondary polycythemia as erythropoietin 4.7 (4.3-29 is range) said it’s not polycythemia Vera despite loosing jak2 test results so I don’t know them. They say it’s “reactive” but I don’t know what that means, reactive to what?

Try the carnivore diet with meat from ruminant animals (only eat meat, salt and water for at least 3 months). This is the ultimate elimination diet and has helped many with illnesses that doctors can’t diagnose, much less treat.

@@drirene57 we have increased our meat and eggs over the last couple of years, gotta eat what we can before Bill Gates takes it away lol. I was always avoiding salt as that’s just something drummed in as bad but I’m actually upping my salt as I have realised we were lied to. Those fizzing disks with vitamin c ect in that u put In water is something I’m just starting. 👍
