    RFK Jr, Sally Fallon, others note the problem with foods fried in certain conditions, for example using seed oils on OGM carbs which will cause coalescions between these fat and carbohydrate molecules resulting in the stressors you describe here. Using tallow, coconut oil on organic potatoes for example seems to allow for better results in terms of causing less inflammation in the gut and facilitating the body’s absorption rather than aggravating the surface of the intestine which results in a permeated gut passing undigestable molecules that then pollute our organs. It is a bodily failure to process certain molecules, and so it passes them through a now leaky gut.

      Organic potatoes? Do you know what it means for any foods to be labeled organic? All potatoes are organic. They might be genetically modified but they are still organic. Foods labeled or certified organically grown doesn't mean much. Means no chemicals are sprayed on plants and natural fertilizers are used rather than chemically made fertilizers. That's all it means. Very little has to be done for a vegetable or fruit to be labeled organic.

    • @djenefeurbourdier6670
      @djenefeurbourdier6670 30 นาทีที่ผ่านมา

      i agree with you about organic certification being fairly easy, along with respecting the organic label.
      as for coalescion in the gut, i believe the microbiota functions like the soil, that is to say, humus used for organic agriculture is as healthy for plants as we are healthy when we eat them. if ivermectin works to create more human and animal autoimmunity during episodes like rota virus infection, it might be that worms which contribute to healthy soil have to do their job post-meal consumption in the gut, because they haven't had a chance to bring their enzymes to our food. killing off all that life in the soil just transfers the problem to the gut.
      sterile GMO seeds are also a problem since they cannot properly germinate. try for example to make a sourdough leaven using chemically treated seeds. technology guys should stick to building robots with AI and get out of the food and medical industry.

    A relative has diagnosis of pancreatic insufficiency (epi) treated with $ pills Your presentation opens up new possibilities-- maybe those cells will respond the way the beta cells did when stress was reduced, and proper nutrition added! Thank you.
    Is there a Dr or researcher

    The most common substance that causes inflammation in the body would be seed oils in cooking. Probably more intake than carbs. Those industrial lubricants are as bad or worse than trans fats. Check out the time line from when they were introduced and the rise of type 2.

      I looked at the surgery when a friend of mine was getting it. The diet recommended after surgery was straight-up the Atkins diet, although they didn't call it that. One patient remarked that if she had known what the diet was beforehand, she would have just done that and skipped the surgery. So I believe that the diet reverses insulin resistance, not the surgery.

You can be a bit more polite if you've got a problem with what this good man has said. Also, why can't you you a little work and research the info that wasn't given which you want to know? Are you the type that expects others to do it all for you?

    Type 2 is hyperinsulinema meaning too much insulin. The beta cells are still working. It's the resistance that's causing the insulin to be less effective. Once u stop stimulating high insulin, sensitivity returns.

    5:31 I have read an interview with surgeon performing bariatric surgeries (in Czech Republic). He mentioned that only people who could lose weight significantly before surgery are admitted to it. Probably because it is important for success of the surgery. I am not sure if that applies everywhere but when I was reading that it immediately came to my mind: so is the effect on T2DM from the surgery or from the preparation for the surgery?

    Has anyone looked to determine whether de-differentiation of insulin-producing cells also occurs in diabetes type 1 ?

    • @PrasantaDatta-f3g
      @PrasantaDatta-f3g 8 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      This has also been speculated in T1D. In an attempt to face autoimmune insult Beta cells are dedifferenciated to progenitor cells at least to some extent. Other cells undergo apoptosis. This can be proven by the fact that dose of Insulin may be reduced after initiation of treatment in newly diagnosed T1D. Rest(reduced stress) to the Beta cells enables redifferentiation to functioning Beta cells.

    • @robertaj3767

    Are these dedifferentiated cells senescent? If yes, given that these cells can be reactivated, would senolytics not be the best choice since they would kill those cells.

    This presentation is extremely interesting! I have two patients who are status-post Roux-en-Y surgery. Both of them have extreme increases in glucose after meals followed by extreme decreases in glucose. Even when the patient eats only 30 g of carbohydrate, the blood sugar surges well over 100 points and then falls 120 to 150 points (which puts them in a hypoglycemic state). One of the patients lost so much weight that she was put on a peg tube feeding (they left her old stomach intact during the surgery). Whenever she has the tube feeding into her old stomach, the blood sugar remains normal. I am thinking that there is a miscommunication (or delayed communication) between the new stomach/lower small intestine and the pancreas. I think that the pancreas is putting out excess glucagon to cause the extreme rise in blood sugar… And then it is forced to over-produce insulin to correct it. What are your thoughts on this? Thank you!

    If it's not the fats then why are people reversing their diabetes by losing weight and reducing saturated fat intake? Why have surgery if you don't have too?

      Fats reduction also helps by reducing stress. Definitely. Plus to reduce fats people do a lot of calorie and carb reduction. All these things help.

      @@robertaj3767 Lol, it's apparent you have zero idea. Many reverse CKD getting off the plants. Hyperinsulinimia is the primary driver there.

      @ I personally have had many patients that have been on keto diets who had heart disease and/or needed to go on dialysis years later. Excess protein can drive hyperinsulinemia. Anyone can produce “research“. Which speaks most to me is epidemiology. Which cultures, both now and in the past, have lived the longest? Been the healthiest? What did they eat? (Check out the blue zones) It certainly is not carnivorous. Unless you believe in evolution, which I don’t.

      I can understand most of it but I need a more layman's approach. And diabetes type 2 been fighting it for years and years losing my eyesight loss of feeling in my legs and toes have had a heart attack and double bypass probably having kidney and liver problems now you're telling me a lap band would have solved this whole problem why didn't my doctor even think of that it takes so much meds that I think I'm actually proper to consider the material that the meds are packed in to be a dietary supplement. Oh yeah high calcium in last test. Gone to a low is carbohydrate as I can tolerate diet so it's mostly meat and vegetables. If you wrote a book I'd love to know about it if there is a another presentation more for people like me that need it do it now diet. I don't suspect you're in Western Oregon
