I always preferred the zercher squat actually. I actually just searched up this video to find out what it was called. It helps to have wraps when you are doing heavy weight. Also if you do it often your arms will toughen up and hurt less

Great video! One of my favorite things about the front squat is the intense core strengthening aspect of it. I would even argue that athletes outside of powerlifting/bodybuilding should prioritize the front squat (and to an extent, the Zercher squat) over the back squat.
Anyone who cues driving with the heels doesn't know squat. Your feet should have equal pressure through three points of contact, toes, outer foot, and heels. Treat your feet like a ratchet and try to twist them outwards like you do benching, or squatting, trying to bend the bar
