This was one of our favorite homes to tour so far and I'm not just saying that!! The mansion truly had everything from a huge private driveway, movie theater, putting green, and the sunken NBA size basketball court was any athlete's dream. We might have spent too much time down there lol but let us know if you could take us one-on-one! Never Stop Suprising us with this Amazing property. Gorgeous Exterior and full court basketball court from the outside. I love how open it is... I like the flow from the kitchen and living it is very nice. I love the movie room it is very inviting just like the Brentwood home u shown us couple of weeks ago! Dream house 😍 just too bad most showers don't have handhelds.. One shower only had the rain shower head. Not so convenient for washing more intimate areas or if you don't want to wash your hair. Always surprises me that most American homes don't have handhelds. In Europe it is standard.
Also, I think the kids would fight for that junior suite haha
It should be a law to have one garage space per bedroom. Nice house, prefer the white box as you put it. I'd have to dig up the basketball court and put in a real pool and a guest house.
I actually like the basketball court set up but if I was going to do anything else with that space I would make it a large grass area. In today's time there are so many homes that are built geared towards entertaining adults. But what about people who have dogs or small children. There's no outdoor space for them to run around, or be able to play soccer or football. The grass area in a lot of these homes is so small it's not very usable space. And because so many properties sit on such small land builders are taking what little space there is in the backyard and filling it with swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchens. Which I'm for all of that, but you can't promote a house as a family home when there's no space for the family to actually move around and play outdoors.

@@jlsc4125 - Very true. The house I grew up in was only 2,000 sqft, and it had a huge backyard wear myself and the neighborhood kids would play football, soccer and everything else. A lot of times parents don't want to take their kids to a park every single time they want to go outside and play. So it's nice when you have a yard that has more than enough grass area. Same thing goes if you have a dog. When people get up in the morning they don't want to always have to walk their dog through the neighborhood to some random grass area when they can just let them outside in their own backyard to do their business.
@@jlsc4125We are talking about FAMILY houses with CHILDREN, would you really take your children EVERY DAY to play in a public square? in USA? where children are kidnapped every 15 minutes? you're crazy. A swimming pool and a large grass space can coexist perfectly in a house like the one in the video, how crazy it is to go to public and noisy spaces having spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on a house. Really, you lack vision.

Great mansion with incredible character, could instantly make you feel at home
The only area that is kinda off for me is the secluded dining area which is far away from the kitchen... Home gym is also missing in this house, but overall this is still a solid deal especially with that NBA sized basketball court... I just really wonder why most of the estates or properties there in U.S don't have volleyball court🤔😁

I think by far, this is the Best property with cool pricing. I love the whole out door area, master suite, and the nice study place.

The house is nice love the full size basketball court plus the swimming pool has an electric cover for when not in use. I hate leaves 🍁 floating inside the pool when you guys your houses with a pool.

Question: Why would you have a window in the theater room that lets in too much light when you want total darkness so you can see the movie better? Does that mean you can't really enjoy a movie during the day? I don't see any curtains to block out the light.

Im also not really a fan of extra bright movie rooms which have so many LED lights that are too distracting to the extent that they divert your attention instead of the projector screen or plasma tv...
