Absolutely! Kids internalize stuff so easily and now, for the rest of her life, she's going to believe she's clumsy. And the stupid mother says it several times. Just shaking my head...
Lol the judgment in these comments is absolutely nauseating. You people are gonna have kids who still live at home when they're 40 and can't wash their own underwear.
Yes! That silly mom needs to STOP telling her she's clumsy! She isn't! Accidents and crap happen. Mom needs to grow up and stop feeling so sorry for herself. :(
My name is Betty. My mother's name is Bessie. I so related to Betty. She was born the same year as Bessie. Although Bessie didn't travel the world, I could see so many similarities between them. Bessie passed in 2021, just shy of her 97th birthday. She was sewing yoyos up to a few days before. Thanks for sharing Betty with the rest of the world. 💜
Beautiful episode. ASHLEIGH IS NOT CLUMSY...SAD TO HEAR HER MUM SAY THIS. LOLA WHAT A WONDERFUL LITTLE GIRL.. BETTY IS JUST ASTOUNDING, HUGE RESPECT. ❤❤❤
I imagined Mom was called "clumsy" as a child, so she doesn't understand that it seems hyper-critical of her daughter to many of us. The truth is, children break bones easily, whether or not they are clumsy. Children's bones are rather thin, be cause they are lengthening. After growth stops, bones begin to thicken, and will not break so easily. Peak bone mass is achieved at around thirty years old.
She is not clumsy. She is active, fearless anf growing. She is amazingly self possessed in house. Ashleigh is magnificent! She watches closely, curious.
I note that this was about 10 years ago which means adorable little Lola would now be in her teens. What a great dad (prince) and the sweetest little princess .
That dad Quinn, he’s a treasure what a dad! Almost anyone can fall pregnant and become a father however to be a dad is totally different that girl is going to have a really good life bc of her strong bond with her dad. Lovely to see really it is ❤
Isn’t Betty amazing? She really was a trailblazer & she looked incredible for 91! I love this show. So many interesting people & their relationships & life stories are often deeply touching. Ntm, the incredible hospital staff & their exceptional skills & care. RIP to an amazing lady! 💕
What a lovely episode. Lola, Ashleigh and Betty were all so likeable. Very sad that Betty passed away. RIP Betty. I am sure so very missed by family and friends.
Oh i hated that Betty passed away. She knew how to live life to it's fullest. God bless her. That little Loyola stilled the show. What a sweetheart. She's got daddy wrapped around her little finger. Thank you for uploading these shows. Much appreciated. Thanks, Chris from Missouri
Ashleigh looked absolutely beautiful for the wedding! And for breaking her leg like she did, she was so brave! I wouldn’t have been that calm! And Betty. Hope you are visiting all the places you didn’t get to! Your send off sounds like one I would want to have as well! Color, fun, and food! No tears!
When I heard about the woman who translated Morse code in WW2, I thought about a wonderful book I listened to called The Rose Code. It was about three women who worked on the Enigma Code.
Oh I feel so sad for the young girl. To be a daddy's girl and lose him at 7. I was so close to my dad, I just can't imagine. When the mother said she lost her child that day, I cried. Life can be wonderful but it is also so unfair. I wish her nothing but the best.
Quinn and Lola were so adorable. Her voice was so sweet and shaky, but the way he talked about her was so lovely. You could tell he was just in love with his lil princess. I loved it the best.
Little Lola just melted my heart! I hope she never has another seizure. I myself take medication for beniegn focal seizures, they are not a pleasant experience!
I loved this episode! Claudine, Betty, and Lola all had very big charming personalities. They were such a joy. I feel incredibly sad for the young lady with a broken leg. Mom has killed her self-esteem. And the grief from losing her Dad is still there. My kids had kind of the same experience. They were 12, 8 and 2. Their Dad just collapsed and died. No goodbyes 😢 💔 Rest in peace Betty 🙏❤
My goodness I could just pick that li’l Lola up and hug her. What a remarkable, smart and beautiful child. She is special for sure 💖💜and what a wonderful daddy does she have🤗
In my childhood I had a lot of injuries, but I was not clumsy, I just took risks and was very active. We did find out that my bones were slightly more brittle than they should have been. I kept breaking my wrists, it was awful.
Oh my goodness Lola is a doll ,Her father is her world and She is his . I can tell you I was a daddy’s girl too . My father has passed, He would say I was his heart and as fitting he passed away on St Valentine’s Day😊 2015 and I saw hearts everywhere. I see it as every year as a reminder of his love ❤️ for me . Until we meet again Daddy .
I have been watching this show from Season one and sure bet at some point I would have but up on a Bajan. Retired nurse with the bunion ... I know that accent anywhere ......Barbados to de world I love it
Please don’t call her clumsy I was labeled clumsy by my mother and it became a self fulfilling prophesy a lot of my “accidents” probably down to childish inquisitiveness , until eventually it was discovered it was my eyesight was bad😊
Why. I’m a really clumsy person and it doesn’t affect me at all when people call me that🤨😉 and it’s not a label. It doesn’t hinder you in doing anything.
A lot of accidents are due to curiosity and being adventurous, not necessarily clumsy. I had one cautious boy, one wild and fearless child, he walked at 9 months. Guess who had more accidents? 😅. Now he has 2 fearless boys and it’s fun watching how my son handles it all.
Michele needs to stop telling her child she is clumsy. Put her into Latin/Ballroom Dance when she's all healed up so she can BE graceful and prove you wrong instead of buying into your negative message; Please.
I can understand Ashleigh not Wanting to go thro this.God Bless you I have things happen since I was your age Not fun. Chin up, you should be able to to do what wish just follow doctor's orders.
Playing sports and getting an injury is not being clumsy. Apparently because the poor child fell now the stairs and another time climbing out of high chair for the rest of her life mother calls her clumsy.l. Poor child has had this drilled into her head and now she believes it.
If Ashley’s mother said this child was clumsy, again, I was going to jump through the screen and ‘clumsily’ the mother ! So much for building confidence in your child. A daughter, crying and asking ‘why me ?’ Doesn’t need to be told ‘because you’re clumsy, thats’s why’. What do you want from her. She lost her father and as far as I’m concerned, whatever she needs, she can have ! How do I know ? My husband passed away, leaving behind a ten year old and three under four. I have ‘been there, done that’ and would never have called either of my girls childish.xoxox Darling, sweet Lola, I’m s9 happy you have been well and not had any more ‘sick spells’, your daddy will always be there to look after you, he is a great daddy. Quinn, I’m with you, one of my sons was epileptic and it was terrible watching him have grand mal seizures, even still t9 this day. Stay her Princess for as long as she lets you, God bless you both.💕💕💕 I was blown away by how wonderful Betty was in the A and E department and her crack about not having a bra or pants on ! So very surprised when they said she had passed away ! Betty, you were ahead of your time, I wish I had half your get up and go, sounds like you had a wonderful life. Until you are reunited with your family again. 💕💕💕🐾🐾🐾🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺xoxox
That mother telling that little girl she was "JUST CLUMSY" was so HORRIBLE on so many levels!!!!!
Absolutely! Kids internalize stuff so easily and now, for the rest of her life, she's going to believe she's clumsy. And the stupid mother says it several times. Just shaking my head...
Maybe if that young mother would watch her daughter more carefully, she wouldn’t have so many accidents!
Lol the judgment in these comments is absolutely nauseating. You people are gonna have kids who still live at home when they're 40 and can't wash their own underwear.
Yes! I was told I was clumsy my whole childhood. It made me feel like I was subnormal, wrong, and the opposite of what a girl should be.
I was told I walked like a farmer, I looked horrible.
Lola, quite possibly the most adorable child ever
Lola’s Dad was amazing! Take note Fathers…this is what a Girl Dad looks like!👏🏻👏🏻
Agreed
The young girl isn't clumsy she is adventurous.
So precious, Lola and her dad...
What a precious relationship they have.
Don’t call her clumsy! She’s an active healthy little girl! Congrats little one- you are awesome!
Ashley isn't clumsy, she's a curious, active kid!
And she is so pretty!
Mom’s having quite the self pity party.
That poor girl is going to go through her life thinking "I'm clumsy." I feel so bad for her. Things HAPPEN.
Yes! That silly mom needs to STOP telling her she's clumsy! She isn't! Accidents and crap happen. Mom needs to grow up and stop feeling so sorry for herself. :(

Lola and her daddy are just gorgeous
Nothing worse than a helpless feeling
I agree with those who objected to her being called clumsy. She is who she is and that’s perfect.
Ashleigh has the most beautiful eyes and Betty sure didn’t look or act 91! RIP amazing lady…….😢
Lola and Dad are so sweet
Beautiful episode. ASHLEIGH IS NOT CLUMSY...SAD TO HEAR HER MUM SAY THIS. LOLA WHAT A WONDERFUL LITTLE GIRL.. BETTY IS JUST ASTOUNDING, HUGE RESPECT. ❤❤❤
So sorry for the loss of your dad🫶
Betty certainly has a interesting life. And a great sense of humor. And she’s so brave.
Recently there have been some great books about women serving in WW2. One was The Rose Code, and the other was The Woman With A Purple Heart.
She is not clumsy, she is inquisitive.
I imagined Mom was called "clumsy" as a child, so she doesn't understand that it seems hyper-critical of her daughter to many of us. The truth is, children break bones easily, whether or not they are clumsy. Children's bones are rather thin, be cause they are lengthening. Lola has daddy wrapped around her little finger. She is so adorable!
You can tell how much the dad loves Lola. To the little girl. I'm so sorry for your loss. Praying for you and your family 35:52
Thank you from the USA 🇺🇸 for a most enjoyable series.
Lil Lola is beyond adorable ❤
The world needs more men and dads like Lola's!
I’m so sorry Betty passed What a delightful woman she was! I’m sure she will be forever missed!
I note that this was about 10 years ago which means adorable little Lola would now be in her teens. What a great dad (prince) and the sweetest little princess .
Lola and her daddy. So beautiful. ❤
That dad Quinn, he’s a treasure what a dad! Almost anyone can fall pregnant and become a father however to be a dad is totally different that girl is going to have a really good life bc of her strong bond with her dad. Lovely to see really it is ❤
Awwww....RIP Miss Betty! You certainly were a trailblazer and decades ahead of your time! Your life experiences sound so very interesting and lovely.
Isn’t Betty amazing? She really was a trailblazer & she looked incredible for 91! I love this show. So many interesting people & their relationships & life stories are often deeply touching. Ntm, the incredible hospital staff & their exceptional skills & care. RIP to an amazing lady! 💕
Lola and her Dad. Priceless
What a lovely episode. Lola, Ashleigh and Betty were all so likeable. Very sad that Betty passed away. RIP Betty. I am sure so very missed by family and friends.
Betty was quite a woman! Bless her heart. Lola is quite the cutie! She has a good father. Ashley is a beauty
Oh i hated that Betty passed away. She knew how to live life to it's fullest. God bless her.
That little Loyola stilled the show. What a sweetheart. She's got daddy wrapped around her little finger.
Thank you for uploading these shows. Much appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris from Missouri
Aw little Lola melted my heart. What a precious gem ❤
"Palaver", isn't that a great, old-fashioned word! Ah, bless her.
I'm dead! The Auntie puled out a bottle of olive oil from her purse. bwahahaha
You are a great dad Mr. Quinn!
Betty must have had an incredible life. She's absolutely funny😅😅😅 40:18
Ashleigh IS NOT CLUMSY!! What a terrible thing to tell your child. I hope that her mother's comments won't leave any psychological scars.
Daddy Quinn, you and your precious daughter are great together. She is adorable and I loved your story! God bless you and your family!
I love how open the show is like if they die they don’t hide it they’re honest because life is short baby
No tears!

Rest in Perfect Peace Betty.❤
Dearest Betty. What a life! I would have loved to be a person like her
Oh I feel so sad for the young girl. To be a daddy's girl and lose him at 7. I was so close to my dad, I just can't imagine. When the mother said she lost her child that day, I cried. Life can be wonderful but it is also so unfair. I wish her nothing but the best.
She said the happiness went out of her eyes. That hurt.
Quinn and Lola were so adorable. Her voice was so sweet and shaky, but the way he talked about her was so lovely. You could tell he was just in love with his lil princess. I loved it the best.
I loved Betty. What a delight! I hope I’m as much like her as I get older. Her view of everything is wonderful.
My 10 month old is Betty (also Elizabeth). I hope she has as many loved ones around as this Betty did.
Lola has a great dad!! Betty has had a most interesting life!
Lola & her Dad make my heart smile.
I loved Lola's Doctor Peter too. Beautiful Smile
Little Lola just melted my heart! I hope she never has another seizure. I myself take medication for beniegn focal seizures, they are not a pleasant experience!

Me too! I'm a retired RN of 42 yrs! I can't get enough of this program
Lola is absolutely adorable 🥰🥰🥰. Her eyes just twinkle ☺️
My 92 year-old mum still feels the sting of being called "clumsy" as a child. 😢
Sweet Lola!
Beautiful stories.😊😊 Thank you!
I reeeeally don't like kids but Lola and her dad stole my heart away!
In my childhood I had a lot of injuries, but I was not clumsy, I just took risks and was very active. We did find out that my bones were slightly more brittle than they should have been. I kept breaking my wrists, it was awful.
Mt daughter had 3 arm fractures in grade school but none since. Now 32.

Oh my goodness Lola is a doll ,Her father is her world and She is his . I can tell you I was a daddy’s girl too . Lola is the cutest little doll 🤩😍
Lola and her Daddy Prince. My ❤️
Great Dad
Really enjoy this show and the relationships. Need to figure how to start at the beginning
I have been watching this show from Season one and sure bet at some point I would have but up on a Bajan. Retired nurse with the bunion ... I know that accent anywhere ......Barbados to de world I love it
I just have to say that Lola is just sweet and her relationship with her dad is so sweet! Hold on to that as long as you can!!! ❤
Please don’t call her clumsy I was labeled clumsy by my mother and it became a self fulfilling prophesy a lot of my “accidents” probably down to childish inquisitiveness , until eventually it was discovered it was my eyesight was bad😊
Plus the internet is forever and the poor girl will be called clumsy by every kid that sees this on tv and here.
Why. I’m a really clumsy person and it doesn’t affect me at all when people call me that🤨😉 and it’s not a label. It doesn’t hinder you in doing anything.
I'm betting she has Ehlers Danlos. 100% not her fault.
Yes I am seeing how it is affecting her self worth, she now thinks its her fault and these are accidents that can happen to any child 😢
Oh be still my heart Lola❤❤❤
Betty ❤️
Michele needs to stop telling her child she is clumsy. Put her into Latin/Ballroom Dance when she's all healed up so she can BE graceful and prove you wrong instead of buying into your negative message; Please.
This is exactly what I was thinking. Dance, a musical instrument, martial arts, etc. Anything that requires her to KNOW exactly where her body is.
I agree
Also some basic explanation of force, vectors, etc. So she understands accidents happen and clumsiness is not a factor.
Lola cracked me up. She’s got daddy wrapped around her finger!
If you keep telling her such negative things she will always be drawn to negativity. Stop doing that.
I'm sorry for your loss 46:25
Lola is sooo cute :D
Lola is a doll
I was also "clumsy" as a child. Mine began to change with puberty and Ashley's may as well.
Ashley is a brave girl
Well done, as usual! :) Jack
I can understand Ashleigh not Wanting to go thro this.God Bless you I have things happen since I was your age Not fun. Chin up, you should be able to to do what wish just follow doctor's orders.
