At 27minutes you talk about the woman with CKD (10% kidney function). Do you know if she was just milk Kefir, water kefir or other cultured foods and if several - which ones?
Also have you run across any studies on kidneys and kefir or any cultured foods?
Donna, could you make a video about all the misconceptions people have about cultured foods/drinks. My mother said saurkraut is dangerous and also I found a website that showed how to make rejuvelac and said it was so much healthier than kombucha because that can cause yeast overgrowth. I didnt believe them but would love to hear what you think.

I learning so much from you and I’m making Kifer and LReuteri but I still have high blood pressure,in fact it’s higher since I’m doing the probiotics. I take the LReuteri to try and rid myself of Hpylori . Please help me rid myself of high blood pressure.

Can u add probiotic supplement capsules to milk along with freeze dried culture & increase the good bacteria benefits.
TheBzybees yes you need to let it ferment / culture it for about 36 hours in warm room. It is essentially making yoghurt. Then refrigerate and use as required.

I have had rosacea for about 8 years now and have been trying to just heal that through lots of detox methods.....and I have had some benefits good ways my body is still holding on to that rosacea. Maybe now I finally have the knowledge I need to heal my whole body. And my face. Thank you so much donna!
