I understand, being unwell dulls your everyday and I heard a saying once ‘ a well man has a million things to worry about but an I’ll nan has only one thing to worry about’. I remember what it feels like to sleep well and get up day after day feeling good and relaxed and I pray to get to that again soon ❤

I REALLY would love to come to your class and teally want to learn from you! Unfortunately I can't come to your class, I live in New York, do you plan to come New York? If not, have you ever thought to do this class as a Webinar and or Facebook Live Class? I know so many of us would greatly impacted and greatly appreciate it! I would get on board for this class in a heartbeat!

Hi Jasmin, Anything you can do to help balance out the gut/body as a whole will help just about everything. Starting slow and working your way up is usually best with kefir , as it so powerful and can cause a healing crisis/detox. This is not a bad thing, but can be not so fun for a while if you consume too much too fast. Check out this article: www.culturedfoodlife.com/the-healing-crisis-and-cultured-foods/
