Tutorial best hand wrapping for boxing, ufc, mma, muay thai, kickboxing, self defense:
To protect hands from various injuries while punching the boxer should study to bandage the hand correctly.
There are numerous ways of bandaging. Each boxer chooses the most comfortable for self. The most important while bandaging the hand is to fix it so that the bandage doesn’t squeeze when the hand is straight and tighten good when it fists.
Here is one of the ways of bandaging the hand:
1. Put the thumb through the loop of the bandage and pull it along back of the hand from the thumb.
2. Wrap the hand two or three times. Ensure that the bandage covers the wrapped places comfortably and without wrinkles.
3. Wrap the thumb from the back of the hand twice.
4. Then pull the bandage along the back of the hand from the thumb and wrap the wrist one more.
5. Direct the band over the back of the hand from the thumb to the little finger and wrap the wrist twice to fix the fingers’ joints completely.
6. Direct the band over the back of the hand from the forefinger to the wrist and wrap the wrist twice.
7. Then bandage the fingers. Direct the band over the back of the hand from the thumb to the forth finger, take it between the third and the forth fingers and tightly pull it down to the palm.
8. Direct the bandage over the back of the hand from the thumb to the wrist and wrap it with the rest of the band. Fix everything with Velcro.

Def some of the best instructions for wraps. Easy and to the point. Only thing I'd say is pay attention to how he wraps between the fingers and how he catches the pinky... half of the wrap is actually going AROUND the fingers and that makes a noticeable difference.

Was a bit difficult to do the right hand hehe
