DIY Sump Pump Control Circuit (DC12V)

- This is a simple sump pump control circuit. (circuit by Thomas Kim)
The advantage of this circuit is "No Standby current". Therefore, it is suitable for not electricity supplied area.
You can also control 220V or 110V sump pump using this circuit.
Notice:
The sump pump used a 12V-100W(8.3A) pump. Therefore, this circuit used two relays because of insufficient(5A) relay capacity. If you use a relay with insufficient capacity, the pump will not turn off, eventually burn out. - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี

That is pretty clever. I like how you use the normally open contact for pump down. Maybe add a cap to protect gate.

Would it be possible to use the same type of sensor wiring in a residential sump pump well without corrosion of the wire sensors?

No, Just change the normally open(NO) connection on the right side to normally closed (NC) the positive side that has NO going to the pump.
