    Unpopular opinion. You have to workout, relax, and retrain your brain. I’ve taken all the gut healing supplements out there. Nothing will heal your system like getting out of the fight or flight and believing you’re fine until your body joins the party and believes it too

    What causes the immune system to overreact to a virus like Covid-19?
    Great vid btw

    • @IgniteChiropracticWellness
      @IgniteChiropracticWellness  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question! There are many reasons for an immune system to go into this overactive mode. With Covid-19 it is difficult to say the reason because no one completely understands how it works...but I will say that it is obvious that those with healthier immune systems fair much better than those with unhealthy ones. At the end of the day it doesn't matter what the virus is, what matters more is how well balanced your immune system is.

      @@tommymack9054 I hope you don’t mind me responding, I can only tell you what happened to me. I caught Covid March 2020. It took approximately 4 months for weird joint/muscle pains to go away. They would suddenly just happen. It also flared up when I caught either the flu or Covid again in August 2021 but only whilst sick this time.
      I guess it’s a new virus and so the body will get flu fatigue or over react.
      I’m not a doctor but that’s my guess.

However recent blood test vit d only 30 (50-200) for months I'm getting a lot of bone/joint/back and teeth pain. I'm 1day into 72hr fast and pains feel worst, should l quit?
