In the spirit of minimizing food waste associated with the filming of this series, Mythical is donating to the Hollywood Food Coalition ( hofoco.org ) who provide daily, nourishing meals to underserved communities in the Los Angeles area.

Recipe:
------------------------
Step 1: Cheddar Pancake Batter
Ingredients
* 1 ¼ cup flour
* ¼ cup cheddar powder
* 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
* 2 tbsp sugar
* ½ teaspoon salt
* ½ teaspoon black pepper
* ½ cup buttermilk
* ¾ cup whole milk
* 1 egg
* ½ cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
* 3 tablespoons melted butter
1) Whisk together all the dry ingredients.
2) Whisk together all the wet ingredients.
3) Pour the wets into the dries.
4) Whisk until smooth.
5) Set aside.
Equipment
* 2 large bowls
* Whisk
Step 2: Making the Wings
Ingredients
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* ½ teaspoon white pepper
* ½ teaspoon black pepper
* 10-15 party wings
* 1 finished cheddar pancake batter
* 3 cups large macaroni noodles, precooked and drained
1) Toss the wings into the spice mixture.
2) Dip into pancake batter.
3) Quickly dip into a sheet pan full of macaroni noodles.
4) Deep fry until golden brown.
5) Finish in the oven until the chicken is fully cooked.

* Large bowl
* Tongs
* Gloves
* Deep fryer
* Sheet pan
* Metal rack
Step 3: Cheddar Buffalo Sauce
Ingredients
* 1 cup buffalo sauce
* 1 stick butter
* 1 dash worchestire sauce
* ⅓ cup heavy cream
* ¼ cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
* ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
* 1 teaspoon cheddar powder
* 3 green onions
1) Combine the buffalo sauce, butter, and heavy cream in a small sauce pot.
2) Toss in the cheddar cheese, parmesan, cheddar powder.
3) Stir until melted.
4) Pour in squeeze bottle.
5) Squeeze onto wings.
6) Top with sliced green onions.

* Knife
The fact that giant muscle-bound college track and field athlete Josh wrote and performed a slam poem because someone made fun of his red wine vinaigrette is the best thing I’ve ever heard. Josh is truly a new type of guy

I don't know where most professional chefs find their culinary spark, but I feel like Josh found his at the bottom of a liquor bottle in a communal college dorm kitchen having to use whatever food other students left in the fridge.

I think it was actually when he was a poor kid dealing with food insecurity, coming up with novel sauces to make his family's food more interesting. I really admire him for that.

I love that Josh is vulnerable about how people used to mock his food creations because they weren't "manly" and then goes on to make what could be described as the holy grail of party foods that a frat-bro would think of while tripping on oregano and think it's the greatest culinary creation since flaming hot cheeto's with lime juice.
It's like when dudes praising Ron Swanson as the manliest man and then he's played by an actor who did ballet and laughs like a cute little puppy.
Kinda like Rosa from B99, she is tough, yet was a ballerina back in the day.

Technically himbos are post intellect wherein they don't use their intelligence to look down on others, which very much feels like Josh lol
Himbo's don't have to be stupid, look at Kronk from Emperor's New Groove. While at first Kronk May appear stupid it's because he doesn't Flex his intelligence, he's gone to College, learned multiple languages, given really good advice and he's been able to build up great relationships. Yeah sure he does make a couple of mistakes which he admits to immediately and tries to do better but yzma literally admits that he is a new employee and when he mistakes a bottle that appears to have a skull on it for another bottle that has a skull on it while in a rush I feel is a pretty reasonable mistake

He also loves to cook and would probably be in the kitchen making dinner and talking about food with Josh. And my daughter has been with her kindergarten crush for a while now. I promise not to tear anyone down just to compare them with the others. My kids are awesome and doing great.

Josh, I love strawberry vinaigrette or raspberry walnut vinaigrette! They're so good.
I'm also a big fan of smallish diced apples, strawberries, dried cranberries, assorted seeds, nuts and even grains along with lettuces, some shredded hard boiled egg, cheese and diced turkey or ham or bacon. No boring lettuce tomato, onion salads here!

I just don't understand how anyone wants to fight the bones for meat with flats when drums are so easy 😩 😂
drums have always been my fave and I am, quite frankly, shocked when I discover more and more evidence that I'm in the minority on the issue. however, since most people prefer flats, I can usually end up getting all drums in most wing-eating scenarios so I ain't complaining
