How to create a scale LIKERT and NPS (ONLINE) with Microsoft Forms and Google Forms

Microsoft Forms already has the NPS and LIKERT question types, on the other hand, although Google Forms does not directly bring those question types, we can adapt Linear Scale and Grid of various options.
With both applications we will be able to have the results of our SURVEYS very simply and quickly.
