Reduce facial pressure: It adopts a suspended design and supports multi-point adjustment, which evenly transfers the original facial pressure of the host to the head. If you want, you can even remove the facial interface to fully enjoy the transparency of MR mode.
Power supply is more convenient: The battery pack adopts a magnetic quick-release design, and the battery can be detached and charged, which does not affect the use of VR host. Two battery packs are hot-swappable for unlimited battery life (the second battery pack needs to be purchased separately).
Reducing the weight of the head battery: We designed a dedicated battery pack B2 for the VR host, which weighs only 140g, which can balance the front and rear weights. Compared with the traditional power bank, the burden on the head is significantly reduced.

I have the M2 Pro and I love it, and only halo strap works well for me, any other straps I tried are uncomfortable. This M3 Pro is exactly what I am waiting for ❤
@davistiano if you already have the M2 Pro, you can buy third party adapters (as well as Bobo's very own adapter kit) so that your M2 will fit the Quest 3

Nice video, i bought the M2 to M3 conversion kit, and I also use a aftermarket battery the has 20000 mah capacity. Still a great headset. Looking forward to the S3 Pro coming soon
I have the strap and mine doesnt buzz. Thr battery is ok you could probably get 3-5 hours depending on thr game
Thanks for the video! I also bought bobo m3 pro right away after purchasing quest 3, it came like 3 days ago, and before that I was using the default strap from the box. The difference between them is huuuuge for me, and I personally like the bobo strap more that the default one. With the default one I could play like 2-3 hours max, after that the headache started to kick in. Now I can play 4 and more hours (in terms of battery life, it increased significantly for me, but I play on PC, so the battery doesn't drain that fast).
To summarize, it's a good pick for PC gaming and slow phased games.

That noise is due to charge the headset at 75% or more. Is how lithium batteries works, they need more power to charge when fully charged.
Just wait for your headset to drop at 60% or so, you can keep the battery on the back for counterbalance, turn it off with double tap and turn it on with one tap.
Yep, fully aware of that and how it works, was just pointing it out so others are aware of it as it didn't happen on the Quest 2 and doesn't happen for some people with their Quest 3s 😁
I have a battery strap for my Quest 2 and waiting delivery on my Quest 3 would the strap for the 2 fit the 3? That is, do they have the same strap connections. Don't want to purchase another strap if I don't have to.
Short answer is no... HOWEVER... they do sell a conversion kit that will allow you to fit your Quest 2 strap to your Quest 3 (if it's a BOBO headstrap you have on your Quest 2).
You can also find adapters sold on Etsy etc that people have 3D printed.

I don't know if I should buy Bobo since I don't see anything wrong with the strap that comes with quest 3 other than removing it and looking at something else when passthru is not enough clear. It's 50/50 chance that any game go haywire on PCVR mode when removing the quest for a moment (might be problem with my headset only). Where I live Bobo costs 130€ so it's really big investment... I'd like to invest that for pro controllers, lighthouses or slime trackers more than headstrap tbh. Also I pretty much can just 3D-model and print my own halo headstrap if I want to. Already printed my own gunstock, controller straps and designing new controller strap design that can be use for any kind of mod/gunstock I want to without taking more than about 1 cm "space" from the bottom of each controller.

My BoboVR M3 Pro strap is making a buzzing noise in the built in speakers when it's plugged in to the Quest (and the battery is on). Is it normal, or I have a faulty strap? 🤔 I didn't hear any buzzing noise when I was using the M2 Pro strap with the Quest 2.
You might want to contact Bobo themselves regarding that
I personally love my bobo m3 pro, its so comfortable, and I take the faceplate off and get it super close to yet a huge fov, but ya the battery isnt great, but for me it was a must buy, and couldnt be happier with it 👍

But if you want the ultimate experience get a Kiwi elite Strap and POIYTL Power Bank with 50000mah with 22.5W output. The power bank is equivalent to 10 Bobo battery pack. With a 3.2a usb c charger cable that's 3.3ft long, is a prefect length from the headset to your pants pocket where the power bank is held.

Thank you for watching. It's not discharging when it shouldn't. Since creating this video, Bobo have since released even better batteries purely for the Quest 3 including another strap as well, so if you're still in the market for one, maybe check those out too!
Dungeons Of Eternity, that's where I've had issues. Even if both batterys are 100 percent. Sometimes it will draw from the headset only, sometimes both. maybe that game is drawing to much power for the bobo battery to handle.. To be fair I think that's the only game I've had issues with. I do wish META would open up the software to 3rd partys so I could see what percentage the bobo battery was in the headset. I do find myself checking constantly.
I'll have to double check and pay attention more to the battery drain and purely play Dungeons of Eternity for a good 2 hours and see what the results are
I ordered the Bobo S3 Pro. Then you will at least get rid of battery problems, and you can play longer.
I recently got this. It feels fine, much better than the original strap, but the forehead cushion gives me this ugly marks on my forehead after just a little time using it. All though they go away after a while, it's very annoying. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm always scared they won't go away 😂 The battery buzz I don't even notice, there's always sound playing when using the headset anyways
I get slightly markings but it's just the creases from the forehead padding. If you have it looser, it won't be as bad

Sadly no, the M3 won't fit the Quest 2... however you can buy a mod kit which will then allow it to fit a Quest 2
Can you answer a noob question. Why does a headstrap need a battery?
The battery is fed straight into the headset so that you have longer play sessions.
So instead of just having, say, 2 hours from the Quests built in battery, you have 3-4 hours
I can't fathom why you would purchase this with that battery buzz. That and the wobble makes this a 'pass' for me.

The interesting thing is some people say they have the buzzing, other say they don't... it's very odd!
I’ve had zero buzzing so far. Had it about 2 months.
@ControlTheAirwaves it's so weird that some people get it and others done. Hopefully Bobo will release "new" batteries that properly support the Quest 3

Ignore everything this gentleman is saying and buy the KKCOBVR Q3 PRO Battery Head Strap 10000mh, if you're looking for a halo strap, trust me, you'll LOVE this.

🤦🏾♂️ These reviewers aren't very bright. Meta Support says do not start recharging the Meta Quest 3 until it falls below 50%. Follow those instructions from Meta and you won't get the battery 🔋 buzz from the 3rd party battery pack.
Also, the M3 Pro isn't for fast head movement, that's why they have the M3 Mini (elite style) headstrap. 🤷🏾♂️

For people wondering if they should buy this then most likely the answer is no. Very few people prefer the halo strap over the over the head headstrap. I recommend either the kiwi battery headstrap or the aubika fast charging headstrap. These 2 are comfortable and both have better battery life.
What’s your source for your claim that “very few people” prefer the halo head strap? I have both and greatly prefer the halo strap. It has much better weight distribution.
The M2 pro was the most popular Quest 2 strap, so that kind of shats on your claim that very few people prefer halo straps

Nice review. I hear from another review the battery will die after like 15 to 30 min. And cant keep up charging the headset.
Sounds like a faulty battery and they should contact Bobo for a replacement. I've not had any issues like that!

@GameOnScorpio getting the quest 3 and I have my eye on bovo m3 pro for $49. Looking at reviews on it right now. If it can keep the quest 3 charge while playing and swap batteries, that would be great. What I hear is the quest is too powerful and the b2 packs can't keep up. I did saw they came up with the bovo s3 pro. But that's $89 for a tiny fan which I don't even need. If the m3 pro can keep up, I'll just purchase that over the s3 pro.

@GameOnScorpio I currently have the quest 2 with bovo m2 pro plus and really like it. That's why I got my eye on the m3 pro. But from reviews I'm watching, people have problems with the m3 battey not powerful enough to recharge the quest 3 while playing and also making humming noises. That's kinda turn off for me. Debating if I should get the bovo s3 pro instead. Folks seems to like it a lot and have no problem with it charging the quest 3 also 10,000 mah battery will last longer. Just price is $100 after tax.

At the end of the day, you're paying for something you'll be using all the time (I'm assuming). So if you'll be using your Quest 3 every day, the comfort and the extra battery life will be worth it in the long term.
Sadly I don't have the S3 Pro so can't tell you anything about it or the new battery.
