I think it is increasing and also peaple are more aware. I myself, I was not aware until my adult hood . Because in Eritrea it was not well known until recently and I know lots of children who are adults now they had lots of autism traits. Yes other factors are but I think getting more diagnosis is increasing the number of stastics
