I just moved and my Juki was running great but now it will now sew. It is plugged in and the light comes on but the motor does not run. What do I need to look for to see if something is not connected properly

Having an issue with a thread jam and bobbin case wont come out to release thread.. E2 on serve pro motor with needle positioner. Please help!!~

I am needing some help regard the leg press to my Juki 1181N. Is there any way to loosen it to where it's not too tight when raising the foot?
