Conceal Carry Permit in Utah allows conceal carry in schools.
He mentioned not being allowed to carry in National Parks in Utah. Everywhere I can find this is not accurate.
Yes you can carry in national parks but not inside the visitor center since its a federal building.
@@kratos7678 was gonna say in kentucky we can carry anywhere outside at a national park in accordence with state law just not o9n guided trails and not into buildings or buses
Two movements has been a Utah law for decades. It is to prevent accidental discharge, and thus unintentional injury. It has it's history in hunting and transport.. zthanks for the video.
I know that some employers that have company policies against weapons DO make an exception for valid permit holders.
Also from everything I can find there is no longer a requirement for an individual 21 or older openly carrying to be two mechanical functions away from firing.
You can carry in public schools.
Concealed
I’m sure he didn’t want to mention that because that gives bad guys an idea.
only if you have a Utah concealed carry permit
@@infunerous666they know now

Can you please talk about having a medical cannabis card and a permit or even owning a gun in Utah?
He needs to read 76-10-502 when a weapon is deemed loaded. nothing in the firing position and any mechanism once.
